this could be relay module which is located under air filter. this caused my air conditioner to not kick-on and the part costs about $200 from a ford dealership. apparently there are a lot of relays in it. if you search for a powertrain control module relay, this is what it looks like. i would not order one from a parts store, i would only get it from the dealership. there is a service number on the part which is needed to match up the right one.
