Put the key in the ignition and turn the power on (do not start the car) Now disconect the negative battery terminal and wait about two minutes. Turn off the key and reconect the battery terminal. The check engine light should now be off. Hard to believe the shop charges $50 for this.

take off door arm rest then remove lock button, pop off inside door handle retainer. slide flat head screw driver uder door panel cover and pop off connectors. Fun begins when you have removed old handle and aligning new handle with connectors inside door panel. Just take a bit of finese and then it is completed. took about 15-20 minutes at the most. Good luck and have fun I know I did.

Fairly straightforward to change the tdi glow plugs. They are located on the near side of the engine and the first thing to do is give them a good airblast to remove any debris and stop it falling into the glow plug hole after you've remove the plugs. Next loosen the top nut on each glow plug and slide away the connecting bar. Remove the plugs the same as you would spark plugs (ie with an appropriate size socket) and replace them with new plugs. Make sure top nuts have enough space to slide the connecting bar back into place - tighten holding nuts. Job done.

On the 98 Mazda 626 there are two oxygen sensors, one is located at the front bottom of engine on the drivers side. If I remember correctly it requires a 23mm wrench to remove. The other sensor is located under the bottom on the exhaust pipe just behind the cat. converter. I hope this will lead you in the right direction and good luck.

Lower Right Front end, in front of wheel. Smapp under panel needs partial removal and pump is set into the ws washer bottle with a two prong wire connector and washer hose connected to it.

hi there not sure which country your in so all i can tell you is that in all oz model 99 st pathfinders dont come with keyless entry only central locking ;;;;; regards sam

i have the same problem with a 90 chevy truck im was told to blow out the lines to the cooler rad. in the front grill #2 its the springs in the front pump

If it's at high speed it could be alignment, loose steering components, bad tires, bad rear sway bar or overloaded in the rear of the truck bed. If it's at low speed it could be a bent wheel or slipped belt on one of the tires.

It is possible however unlikely. Catalytic converters are built to last many years.

You did not state what year the vehicle is but if it is 1996 or newer the malfunction code can be retrieved with an OBDII scanner ( some auto parts stores will do it for free ), older than that and you might have to pick up a manual to learn how to get the information as each manufacturer was different then.

Could be a bad horn, bad relay or possible a bad horn ground. Try touching a wire straight from the battery (+) to the horn. If it sounds bad you need a new horn but if OK it's probably a dirty ground or bad relay. Try tightening the horn itself down a little to insure it's getting a good ground. Still sounds bad its probably the relay. Replace it. If none of this helps... a bad steering wheel switch maybe? Hope this helps.

either your window regulator or window motor have gone bad and have to be replaced.

you are best to use a hoist if not you need to get the car as high as you can the remove shafts and then wiring and cooler lines,then you need to remove the cross member and best to have a jack under so it dont drop to far down,then lower it till it dont go no lower and leave the jack under it,then remove the converter bolts and starter bolts,then remove the bell housing bolt and the box is all but out,have fun and dont drop it on your head.

You can adjust the beam direction if that's what you mean. There are adjustment screws for up-down, and right-to-left adjustment. Raise the lights, and remove the plastic cover held on by three screws (torx drive heads), 2 on outside, 1 on inside of each light. Then you can access the beam direction adjustment screws. There is no adjustment for the pop-up portion of the lights, only the lamps themselves. Hope that helps ...
