there are 3 clips in trunk that have to be released by squeezing and pushing up that would be easier if you had a friend to help you and pull up from inside of car then there are 4 10 mm blots pull the ears of the seat back from top both sides but one at a time and you will see the 2 bolts there and then 2 more pull up bottom seat at edges both sides one at a time you may have to remove so tape covering these to see them but they are there once that is all done the back of seat will come out make sure the back is clear of seat belts. There are 2 more bolt you get to from under the car to remove bottom seat if needed you cannot see them easy the are inside frame but if you lift bottom seat once the back of the seat is removed to will see the line up in the bolts and that way you will know where to look under the car to find those bolts holding down the down seat.

It's behind the center console under the radio. Plastic covers on both sides come off and then you can see it. Very difficult to get out. Hardly any room to get your hands or any tools in there. You can do it but I hope you have alot of patience.

Horsepower = (Torque x RPM) / 5252.

same way you remove any other engine. Disconnect all electrical connectors marking them as you go (masking tape works well), get a cherry picker (engine lift/jack) attach to the lift hooks which are usually mounted near the front and rear of the cylinder head, jack it up to get a little tension, remove all plumbing (ac, power steering pump, etc). Unbolt tranny and any remaining cables ground wires etc. Remove engine mount bolts and jack up slowly guiding the block out of the engine compartment.

Anyways, you will need to rent a spring compressor from Autozone or the like, they will usually refund you when you bring it back. Jack the car and remove the tire on the side you want to start. Compress the spring with your new tool so it doesn't take off when you detach the strut. You will need to remove the bolts connecting the strut to the wheel hub. I believe they are either 14mm or 16mm and there are two of them. Then remove the top nut of the strut. You will need to pop the hood to gain access. It's the one in the center of the housing on the strut tower. The strut should pull out now. Keep the spring compressed until you have the new one back in place. It really doesn't take too long. Mine is on the passengers side about half way down the engine compartment. It has a black top with a raised ridge through the middle of it to screw it on and off.

It is a real pain. Took about 1.25 hours. The hardest part it locating the starter. It is about 3/4 from the front of the car to the firewall, about one foot from the driver's side, and six or seven inches down (you can only really see part of the selenoid and one of the bolts without removing other engine parts). You will only need to remove the driver side wheel and splash shield behind the wheel. From there you will need a universal joint, several extensions (at one point we were using about 1.5 ft of extensions on our ratchet), and patience. You will need to remove the two bolts securing the starter and the wiring harness that is connected to it. After that you should be able to drop it out of the bottom of the engine bay carefully. Get the new starter in the same way. Buy a starter with a warranty that includes replacement because you will not want to do this again. Oh, and maybe clean your engine bay first with some degreaser since you will be elbow deep in that gunk.

The Nissan Stanza was replaced by the Altima, itself called the Stanza Altima when the new model released in 1993. Name swapping is not uncommon in the auto industry. Figure that Nissan wanted to erase the name of a model that didn't compete as well as vehicles from Toyota and Honda. go to transmission and unsrew line from slave cylinder and drain fluid into container,remove two bolts holding it on,install new part with two bolts and tighten line up,fill clutch master cylinder up with dot 3 brake fluid and bleed,pump clutch pedal a couple of times and have someone open line to let air out,good luck...

it has an effect if you dont change the fuel injected

this my friend is easy simply drive as usual but in stead of clutching then shirting into gear just take your foot off the throtle pull it out of gear and try not to ram it straight in there ;) takes a bit of time to perfect this btw dont try to 3rd to 2nd or 5th to 4fth you get the idear , all you have to do is get the engine at just the right speed rev wise and it will go straght in if you dont you'll be picking gear teeth up off the road all day hope this helps

ON 88 Nissan Stanza the Fuses and relays are above the drivers left foot mounted high up on the kick panel. Most of them are there.
