Why does the airbag light flash all the time in your 1998 Toyota tacoma?

It is flashing because there is a problem with the SRS. Your air bags may or may not be functioning. Due to the inherent danger with working on this system, this is not a DIY repair. Take it to a professional for repair. I suggest a trusted Toyota dealer as they have the expertise to deal with this.

Where is flasher on 2003 Expedition?

Hi-

My hazards were working, but my blinkers would only flash for 1-2 flashes and then stop.

-checked all my bulbs

-checked the fuses 1, 23-27 (per other discussions)

-figured it was the flasher unit

-had a hard time finding it...

Found the flasher for my 2003 ford expedition-

Sitting in the drivers, the flasher unit in on the left side under the panel (if you put your hazards on you will be able to hear it and feel where it is).

I took off the panel under the steering wheel and reached my arm up the the left side. This is where it got tricky- it is under a plastic box. Put your fingers around the sides of the box and push in and the little black box cover should pop right off. I was then able to pull the old flasher off and install the new one:)

-Blinkers worked!!!

-All with 4 kids running around the garage!

Good luck!

Where is the cabin filter located in the 2005 Toyota tacoma?

There is no factory installed cabin air filter in the 05 Tacoma.

However, there is a space where you could put one, above the fan duct behind the glove box.

You can fabricate a filter from a one inch thick piece of furnace filter or some other such material. The space is roughly 8.25 inches square.

Where is the Air-Fuel Sensor Heater Circuit on a tacoma?

It's located on the exhaust pipe, just after it comes out of the engine, and just before the catalytic converter. The sensor itself it bolted into the exhaust pipe and it has a connector with a few wires coming out of it. You can access it from the engine compartment on the drivers side, but you may want to approach it from underneath to remove it. Hope that helps.

What causes a buzzing sound under the hood after turning off your 1996 2.7 4cyl tacoma 4wd?

Buzzing sound on 3.4 V6I'm stumped. I have the same sound coming from my 1997 3.4 V6 4WD. A very short "bzzzt" of less than a second and if you have the hood up for any length of time you'll probably hear it. I've tried to find where the sound is coming from but can't actually pinpoint it. It's somewhere around the power brake master cylinder on the driver's side. I thought it might be some type of pressure release or something that occurs soon after shutting off the engine but no, it's definitely an electronic sound. I've even heard it a few days after shutting off the engine. I'm stumped.

My 98 Tacoma just started the same thing yesterday. It is coming from the box right beside the Master brake cylinder. There is a hose that comes out at the front of the side and goes to the radiator. That hose had popped off. I put the hose back on but the truck sputters kinda like it is missing a cylinder. Can someone help PLEASE.

Why wont the fan blow when turned on in a 1996 Toyota Tacoma?

Nine out of ten times it will be the most obvious answer, that is to check for a blown fuse. Your fusebox under the dash should have a fuse named fan or fan motor. Check it, its probably the one.
