Choke linkage holds the throttle cable for a higher idle speed while cold.

When you step on gas after choke is warmed up the throttle cable is released from the little cam type plate that has steps on it and allows the the cable to return to t's normal position.

Sounds like the idle is set too low.

Look up on the headliner, real close to the front of the door. You should find a fairly good-size hole with two smaller holes, one to the front of the big hole, the other to the back of it. (If you don't, feel around on the headliner until you find the hole in the metal piece under the headliner, because someone replaced the headliner without cutting holes for the visors--which means YOU have to do it.) That's where the sunvisor goes. Stick the shank of the sunvisor in the big hole and attach it to the ceiling of your car with two screws.

Lift the car, remove the tire and set it aside, remove the brake shoe/caliper, and remove the brake pad. Dispose of the old brake pad, put in the new brake pad, replace the brake shoe/caliper, replace the tire and lower the car.

To repair leaky gutters, first remove debris and wash out the gutters with water. The starter is located on the passenger side up and behind the rear wheel. you'll see it bolted through the edge of the transmission. It's a tight fit into there but it's the only round thing up there with a few wires coming out of it.

yes they should be the same size otherwise the front and rear tires will be turning at different speeds and could ruin front axle or transfer case.
