Firing order on all 60 deg. - V6 engines is 1-2-3-4-5-6

Remove the rear speaker covers. Remove the speaker retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the speakers. Reverse the process to install the new speakers.

pull your back seats down, there should be some screws right behind them...around 4. then you will need to pull of the little grey panel the screws came off of. afterwards, you will need to unsrew the screws underneath the speakers in the trunk, just leave your back seats down and crawl through right there. once you have done that, just pop off the back panel, and then you will need to unscrew the speakers, then pull them off, (just pull them because they have a glue that holds them in, they will not brake!), then you will need to cut off the stock adapter on the end of the wire that was attached to your speakers, then you will just attach the red and black wires to your speakers and install them. reverse the process to put your panel back on...note that you will not be able to use the grill that came with your speacker because the stock speaker grill (or cover) has little interlocking pieces that latch onto the rear dash panel.

If you have to ask how to perform this very simple, basic task, take it back to the Chevy dealer and let Mr. Goodwrench do it.

on automatic transmission

I'm having the same problem with my 92. Check the antifreeze level first, if there is too much in there, it will overflow when ran. Then check your reservoir cap, make sure its on there tight and not leaking. Next check the hoses running to the head and radiator. Make sure there are no leaks. If you still haven't found a leak then check the release or "weep hole" on your water pump for leaks or steam. If no signs of leakage in any of your coolant components, then your problem may be in the radiator. Hope this helps.

WHEN YOU OPEN THE DRIVERS FRONT DOOR, IT IS LOCATED ON THE EDGE OF THE DASHBOARD THAT IS FACING THE DOOR PANEL. IT IS A PANEL, HELD ON WITH VELCRO.

The headlight switch should be easily removed from the dash. There are two connectors on the back side of the switch (one for the headlights and one for the dimmer). Simply unpug the connectors and plug in the new switch.

The belt tensioner on a 91 Corsica 2.2L with an aftermarket AC is replaced by loosening the retaining bolt and pushing the tensioner to the side. The belt can then be taken off, the tensioner removed, and a new one bolted into position.

As with any type of car there are wheel options that come with or are available for different models or trim levels, therefore different tire sizes for those wheels.

Remove neg batt cable.Remove dash plastic under steering column. Disable/unplug airbag yellow power feed wire under dash if so equipped.( If your car has a airbag make sure it is disabled!) Remove horn pad/ air bag as necessary. Loosen-remove center nut on steering wheel. Using a steering wheel puller, pull wheel. Remove the two bolts that hold the column at middle. Drop column 6" or so. Remove the 2-3 torx fastners the hold the switch in place. Unplug the switch harness at midpoint on the column and feed the harness thru opening. Reverse procedure. Done. First remove the cover for rear deck third brake light. Then lift the front of the rear deck tray above the the top of the rear seat to gain access to the speakers which are held in place with two ten mm bolts each. The speaker leads are soldered to the speakers so you will have to cut them close to the terminals to remove them. Be careful with the rear deck package tray as it is somewhat fragile.

I have a 95 Corsica with the 3.1 V6. I do all my own work, and this is the one thing that I hate doing. The way that I have been told to do it is similar to how I must do it in our 97 LeSabre. The front engine mount must be undone. You have to support the motor from the bottom, or it you have an engine hoist you can use that from the top. And if you do I envie you. You can use a floor jack to do this, just be careful of the oil pan. Once the motor mount is off, jack the motor up slightly. This should allow you enough room to remove the belt, and place the new one on the pulleys. Make sure that it is how you want it before you lower the motor back into place and securely bolt the mount back into place (personal advise from the Buick). That should be it, its not too difficult, just a pain in the a** for a belt. Good luck.

I went to my local AutoZone and ask that question they gave me a (free) key like thing that goes under your dash (they even showed me a picture of where to place the key)turn your ignition on and count the flashes on your service engine light, then call AutoZone and they will tell you what the flashes indicate the problem is. And it is all at no cost.

under the kick panel passenger side

Sounds like the torque converter is staying locked up when it should be unlocking as soon as you touch the brake. I had this problem with an 88 Beretta. It could be a sticky solenoid valve in the transmission, or the torque converter is bad. A transmission shop could better diagnose this by seeing the vehicle.

The heater core is just below the top of the dash, below the A/C condensor behind the radio. You will need a manual, and a good aftermarket heater core of 100% aluminum. The factory one is half plastic that is why the plastic tube(s) broke coming out of the firewall and dumped coolant behind the engine. Jake McCahn

fuel sending unit broken wire or gauge is bad

it depends on what motor it has.if its the 4cyl unplug the spark plu wires from the coil pack that is on the back of the motor.if its the 6cyl same thing but the coil pack is on the bottom front of the motor

Well it depends on what you are looking to do. First you know jack it up, pull the wheels, take off the drum. That might be difficult depending on when the last time they were taken off. Then you need to take the springs and clips off the shoes. You need a special tool to do this. Its cheap dont worry. Just undo everything, and it all goes back the same way. Do one side at a time so you have the other to check if you get lost. Its easy. Good Luck

Well, you haven't given the year of your Corsica, nor if you're looking to change the front or rear bulb. I'll start with the rear... Open the trunk, and on the inside where the rear light clusters are, you should see 6 plastic wingnuts (you may have to peel back any interior carpeting if equipped). Remove these wingnuts and set them aside. Remember the taller ones go to the 4 corners and the short ones with the open top threads go in the two middle positions. Once this is done, grip the rear tail light assembly (removal is mirrored on the opposite side) and pull straight back evenly on all sides. The light cluster will come free, and you can access the light sockets on the back. You have to turn the bulb seats about a 1/4 turn to remove them from the cluster housing.

Reassemble in the reverse order you disassembled.
