Try the passenger side quarter panel. I have a 94 Cav. and that's where they are. Use autozone.com and put in all your veh. information. Look for component locations on the left side of the screen, not the right-it's for sensors. I can't remember which frame has this, but vacumn diagrams are located in the same frame. Also, my AC relay is located in a 3way mount, with the blower relay, and fuel pump relay. Good Luck

If you are talking about the emission control system vacuum schematic, purchase a Haynes manual and turn to page 6-2.

This is located on the top of the right firewall or under the battery. More than likely, it's under the battery. You must remove the battery and the bracket to see it.

I can only tell what I know. From what I have been able to tell so far, Bank 1 will refer to the left side of the engine (the side with the number 1 Cylinder or all the odd numbered cylinders) wheras Bank 2 will refer to the right side of the engine (The side with even numbered cylinders) if the vehicle has dual exhaust or dual catalysts going into one muffler. Also what I have learned so far is that all the OBD-II codes will be standard across all vehicles until the number is > 1000 then it is manufacturer specific. If there is more than one cylinder per bank it means there are multiple sensors before the catalyst. Bank 1 sensor 1 should be one the exhaust manifold below the flange. Sensor 2 for bank one should also be before the catalyst. If this vehicle has a single exhaust then sensor 2 may be after the catalyst. Hope this helps, good luck.

That fuse is located in the Power Distribution Box next to the battery. However, this fuse control all the power windows. So, if the other windows function, look for a loose connector or a broken wire to that side.

Most of these were .045 but you should check with a AC spark plug application book.

According to the Clymer service manual, the spark gap should be 0.7-0.8 mm, as with most of these bikes. Actually, the required plugs (NGK BP7ES or BPR7ES, depending on who do you trust - the difference is an incorporated series resistor in the "R" plug) seem to come factory-set to that gap, but it never hurts to check, I guess...

You could have several problems - the minor ones would be a problem with the cooling system, flow from the radiator to the engine - check this by taking the cap off when the engine is cool and squeezing the hose that connects between the radiator and the engine - the fluid should move up and down as the hose is squeezed. If that isn't the problem the next thing would to remove the thermostat and check it. This is done by simply making sure it's in the closed position and putting it in hot or near boiling water - this should cause the thermostat to open. If it doesn't (which is my guess for what could be wrong) - then your thermostat is bad. another way to check if its the temperature gauge is to begin driving the car and as SOON as it gets hot - turn the heat on full blast in the car. If this causes the gauge in the car to go down then its definitely your thermostat...

OR.... It could be something very simple, as in my case. . . if you've checked all the obvious things (see suggestions above), it may just need a good BOP on the dashboard above the temperature gauge, like mine did. My temperature gauge started to suddenly read HOT, the needle used to suddenly raise to the red area, and sometimes it would be in the cold position... out of frustration, I just bopped the dashboard and the needle went right back to the correct position, thereby telling me, it was a faulty gauge.

This could mean any number of things depending on what sort of vehicle you are in.

It depend on the style if you have a Gl or LX.

The GL is 20 gal or 75.7L

The LX is 25 gal or 94.6L

It's a piece of craap sell it now! lol NOT JOKING! i broke my neck in one of these vans because the axles break. Look up ford winstar recalls. FORD recalled the master cylinder thingy switch because they were leaking call them first. if this post is years old sorry. save yourself the trouble and sell the van or something, its nothing but problems trust me on this.

There is only one fuse for all power windows. If only the passenger side window does not work, the problem is either with the passenger window switch or the motor on that window.

Under the glove box on the passenger side.

It should be in the owner's manual or if you don't have that the answer is 1.1 mm.

Try looking under the hood for the vacuum hose decal or try a junk yard the decal might be under another hood.

I use to have this problem, Most of the time the noise that make it sound like a whistle or Turbo noise. Its the seals are leaking its ether header or Manafold. Get a new gasket for ether of those. Use a Brake Spray to test it out!

Interesting , the 2002 Ford Ranger owners manual shows ( .052 - .056 inch ) , but www.motorcraft.com - one of Fords websites shows ( .065 inch ) for 2001 to 2004 Ford Rangers with the 4.0 L SOHC engine - the website states that it is updated daily ( confusing would be another word ! )

On Top of the Transmission. You can see the Black sensor just under the Air Breather Intake assembly in front of the driver side. It has an electrical wire connection and is bolted onto the tranny with (2)5/16" hex head bolts and (1)1/2" nut that holds the throttle arm to the sensor. Very easy to replace. Good Luck Jim
