The fuel filter is part of the pump module in the fuel tank.

Well if that is the code you are getting when using a scan tool , it means there is a leak somewhere in the fuel/evap system. To actually pinpoint the leak, you would have to do a "smoke test" to see where the actual leak is taking place. That type of test really needs to be done by a mechanic that has the equipment to do it.

Page 127 of Owners Manual under Electrical Power Distribution Centre (the plastic box on the right hand side of the engine bay).

Owners Manual indicates the use of ABS Pump Motor Relay but my ZG (ZJ) RHD Model does not have one fitted, and the cover of the PDC does not show one either. Nor does it have an ABS Main Relay even though the Manual indicates it does.

Can anyone advise why?

Either you have low coolant, defective cooling system (bad radiator) or a blown head gasket (or all of the above).

The correct factory tire size for a 1999 Jeep Cherokee is 225/70R15.

it is about centered between the tailgate and overhead console back of the sunroof.

The cam sensor is under the front outside edge of the passenger side cylinder head.

The Jeep Cherokee is a larger vehicle and heaver. More weight and space means more costs for materials.

The oil is cold and does not flow easily so the pump pressure will increase. Once the oil hearts up the pressure should drop to around 40 psi. If it does not you may have a flow problem. First thing to do is change the filter. Use a good filter such as Purolator, Wix, or AC/Delco. Make sure you are using the correct weight oil.

You don't need to have doors on your Jeep.

the First and most important step is there is a shcrader valve on the fuel rail (looks like a valve stem for a tire, put a rag around this and push on the core like you are letting the air out of a tire. This relieves the fuel pressure from the system so it doesnt spray all over you. After removing the fuel rail from the top of the injectors and the electrical plugs from the sides you can carefully extract each injector from it's hole.. the key is lubricate the O-rings before reinstalling them and second I heartily recommend replacing all the O-rings at once..they are cheap enough and if one is leaking the others will be sooner or later (sooner if you bump them while changing the one next to it. Under the injectors where they screw into the heads...

If you're looking for exact numbers, I don't have them, but you could easily light an entire pack without an issue while the radio is on. Neither drain a noticeable amount of battery.

Fold the soft top down, Remove 4 torx bolts from the bows and remove them from the brackets on the roll cage. Pull the entire top away from the vehicle to the rear.

try locking the doors and using the key unlock the passenger side door

Overheating ? - Check radiator for water and coolant, and engine for enough oil and not old burnt oil

It should be red to dark maroon if it's brown or a yellow color it is burnt and should be changed

When it comes to off-road, definanately the Jeep would be better. If Jeep made a truck using Ford quality parts and a Cummins diesel, now that would be a great truck.

Press and hold the trip reset button while you are on the trip meter.

Jeep does not use inertia/reset switches.

Head gasket could be bad

The optional Quadratrac 4 wheel system is basically an AWD system and the only way to use it in 2 wheel drive would be to remove the front drive shaft which is not recommended.
