AnswerI just fixed my 98 grand Cherokee with drivers side window movement problems. there was dirt in the window actuator track and pivots. the grease was all dry. i lubed it up with LPS (a kind of spray lube. white lithium should be good for this too). with the vehicle running ( so i got good power, & didnt drain battery,) i ran the window up and down ( a lot) adding more lube every now and then. it is good now. hope this helps.I have the same problem with my 1999 Cherokee and after removing the door panel found that the plastic bracket on the window regulator is broken off. Well if that is the code you are getting when using a scan tool , it means there is a leak somewhere in the fuel/evap system. To actually pinpoint the leak, you would have to do a "smoke test" to see where the actual leak is taking place. That type of test really needs to be done by a mechanic that has the equipment to do it.

Owners Manual indicates the use of ABS Pump Motor Relay but my ZG (ZJ) RHD Model does not have one fitted, and the cover of the PDC does not show one either. Nor does it have an ABS Main Relay even though the Manual indicates it does.
Can anyone advise why?

The oil is cold and does not flow easily so the pump pressure will increase. Once the oil hearts up the pressure should drop to around 40 psi. If it does not you may have a flow problem. First thing to do is change the filter. Use a good filter such as Purolator, Wix, or AC/Delco. Make sure you are using the correct weight oil.
