How do you apply bondo to car fender?
Apply it the same as any other sheet metal. Just make sure it is supported from the back; ie., if off the vehicle...put it back on and begin working. If off and no car around....use a wooden saw horse (tends to work best), place over top and secure with wood screws. If you try shaping on unsecure sheet metal, you create more damage than to begin with.
What are the best cars for MN winter?
I'm from Michigan, and I've owned and driven multiple vehicles throughout a lot of winters. The conclusion I've come to is that the vehicle itself matters very little in comparisson to how you drive it. You'll want either front, all, or 4 wheel drive, try to avoid rear wheel drive if possible. After that just make certain that you have good all season or winter rated tires, you're battery is good, and you're up on all maintenance. (spark plugs, wires, oil change, radiator hoses, air filter, etc) Also be sure to keep a snowbrush, shovel if you have room, and a good flashlight with you. A pair of jumper cables and a tow strap will also come in handy. Most important thing you can do thought is make sure you drive smart and leave early. Good luck.
Maybe try Taking Media Studies as a subject or course at university or at school (if you're at school) and Drama also English as well as courses offered at university.
Go to a career's expo and ask someone who works in TV journalism, as a reporter, or a TV presenter about their job as a TV presenter, also your career's advisers at school (if you're at school) or a career's specialist they should be able to help you figure out the qualifications you need to obtain to work in the presenting industry.
I hope this helps a bit. Good Luck!
That all depends on what type of transportation is being used, and why you're using it. It could range from it paying your taxicab fare to arranging for transportation fraudulently under Medicaid benefits, like arranging for your trip to the doctors office when you have no appointment for such.
Can a repossesser come on to your gated property to take a vehicle in North Carolina?
Legally probably not, that assumes you do not own the propery or the property(like a private road) to get to your property so that would be trespass. But someone has to call the police to enforce the trespass violation. After the repo guy has the car there is not much you can do except to sue the lender or repo guy. Gated,YES.Gated and locked no.
A vehicle belonging to a Native American who resides on a reservation cannot be repossessed if 60% or more has been paid on the balance of the loan. Relinquishment or repossesson of any property belonging to a NA on reservation land, has to be voluntarily submitted in written form by the purchaser or by an order from the Tribal Court. Tribal Codes will vary slightly, but the basic codes apply on all NA reservations. See link to this answer page www.tribalresourcecenter.org
Do you need a license to repossess a car in Wisconsin?
Wisconsin is a voluntary repo state. You cannot legally repo w/o the following:
Wisconsin Consumer Act (WCA) prohibited creditors from repossessing collateral or goods without first obtaining a court order, unless the consumer voluntarily surrendered or abandoned the goods.
The law was changed in 2006...in Wisconsin they only need to send a letter ceritified or registered mail giving you 15 days to tell them they need to sue you in order to repossess. If they don't send the letter, there's only a $25 fine. I'm finding a lot of info on the old WCA but if you go to the state website under ch 425 it states clearly the new rules. The old law required a court order-the new law isn't highly publicized.
What kind of harm can happen to your vehicle when the EGR positioning is not positioned correctly?
The purpose of the EGR valve is to direct some of your exhaust gas right back into your intake. Hence the name: Exhaust Gas Recirculation. Sounds pretty ridiculous, huh? Well, exhaust gas actually helps your engine warm up more efficiently (so the valve is open when the block's cold), then the valve's supposed to shut off that exhaust intake when you're warm. If it stays open exhaust is always recirculated into the engine. It would be like taking your air filter off and driving continuously through a tunnel filled with exhaust. Nice, huh? The life, gas mileage, and horsepower of your engine are all reduced.
What is the Writ of assistance?

The dealership is in some trouble here. If the papers were signed for a certain amount, the buyer has no other responsibility. The dealer must pay up. It should never have been sold without a clean and clear title. Most dealers are smart enough to get a carfax on the car before selling it. It is between the dealer and the original owner, you will not lose the car. If you are worried, consider hiding it in your garage or somewhere that is inexessible to a tow truck. But definately talk to a lawyer about this situation, most will give you free advice if they think you will possibly use their business.
If you are askng the question. My answer would be yes. it sounds like it already happened. Pay your bills and you don't have to worry about a repo man!!!!
Contact your CO or JAG or other legal officer.

Some parks are located on private property and some are public property. It would depend on the owner of the park. A homeowners association for instance can own a park within their subdivision. This would be a privately owned park and can be only for members of the homeowners association if they desire. Public parks are often owned by a city, state, or country and could be open to all members of the public if structured that way.
no, they want the car so they can get payed, a repo man can NOT move another car to get to the car being repoed, nor can they break and enter to recover a car, if you open the building your basically giving them permission to enter and recover the car
If you were served a TRO how will you be affected if you don't show up for court?
The restraining order will go into effect as stated on the form. It looks much better if you show up in court. Judges take it as if you agree/don't care otherwise. Ask my ex-husband!!
