Most bank will report to police or court for repo action. This will let police know that it not stolen by repo. Most bank do not want to report to police or court. The solinoid is normally on the right hand side near the battery under the hood. Disconnect the neg battery cable. Remove the nut that holds on the positive battery cable and install it ont he new solinoid. Do the same on the oposite side that goes to the starter. This is then installed into the same holes that the old solinoid is attched to. This is normally a couple of small nuts and bolts that go through the fender well. Buffing should put a shine on not take it away, use a very fine grit polishing compound to bring the shine back and wax regularly. I don't know what you used when you buffed it the first time but be careful and only buff wax in the future.

Buffing and polishing is not the best thing for todays acrylic based automotive paints. With the removal of wax you have to do quite a bit of rubbing on a dry surface. that's not a good thing on an automotive paint finish. Polish is abrasive and it can do more harm than good. Liquid Paint conditioners work differently form wax. They last longer and shine better.

You don't, nor do you need to. This would be far out of the norm. You can demonstrate your on-time rental payments to potential lenders by providing copies of cancelled checks, receipts or bank statements. I'm assuming your talking about a disk brake, you need to use a C clamp and the old brake pads to force the piston back into the caliper. If it had a X in the head of the piston you need to get the tool to turn it back in. If all that doesn't work, the caliper is frozen and it needs to be replaced
