I spoke with local Chevy dealer and ended up purchasing a Haynes book to verify where it was. As of today, I wasn't able to locate the flasher/relay from any other parts store....dealer item!

Using a volt meter see if there is power to fuse F8. If not it is probably the Park lamp relay. There is no power going to the headlamp switch, it only grounds some smart part of the SMART JUNCTION BOX."
