How long should a golf driver shaft be if you are 5'6'' tall?
There's not enough information given hereto know. Golf clubs should be fit to the height of your hand not your head. There are a few theories that go around, but all are based on measuring something about your hand. Most go by the height that the tip of your middle finger is above the ground, but some say the seam between your wrist and hand. Measure that and find out where it fits on a chart of club lengths. Probably you would be best fit with something a bit shorter than the standard 43" driver, but it's hard to say. Dave Tutelman's design notes are an excellent resource for figuring out such things.
Yes! A 2002 vw golf is a very reliable car. However, before purchasing look at the service records. This is of extreme importance as the newer vw's don't take kindly to oil service over 5000 mls. Pay attention to this detail and your investment would be a good one.
NO. Generally speaking Volkswagen are NOT reliable cars. When you first buy one you think -"wow, this is pretty cool." Then, after your fourth or fifth repair that just seems to be necessary WAY to early in the car's life, you say "This isn't too cool." You'll also end up just living with weird faults that you won't repair. (for example - and this is only one - why do the doors freeze shut causing you to pull the rubber off? Its ridiculous). I love VW's in a lot of ways - I've owned three. They are fun to drive and look great, but man do they know how to break. If reliability is what you are looking for, DO NOT buy a VW.

How do you disable the daytime running lights on a 2001 Volvo S60?
Disabling the daytime running lights is a dealer/shop computer program change. When I asked to have it done at a Volvo dealer, the service rep said no way. I pointed out the owners manual said only Canadian models could not be shut off. He said ask sales and I did - they said sure and went back to the shop to tell them it was ok. Now mine are off. PS since I was getting something else done they did not even charge for it.
How do you change the air filter on a VW Golf GTI 2006?
Remove your stock engine cover by disconnecting your O2 sensor and intake hoses (both sides of the engine). Give the cover and good firm tug to remove and then observe the underside of the cover. There are several screws on the bottom of the intake that you must remove before the air filter is revealed but they do not come out of their places so don't worry about losing them. Once they are undone, remove the bottom cover to reveal your air filter.

How do you change the light bulb in the third brake light of a 1989 Chevrolet Caprice?
i have a 93 caprice so this may not apply, but the bulb goes into a socket underneath the assembly. you can get to it thru the trunk. you don't even need any tools to do it. open the trunk and check around underneath the brake light. Unscrew the brakelight mount and turn it so it is easy to unscrew the bulb first. Then unscrew the bulb, it may take a few tries to get it out. If you still have problems unscrew the top of the mount (they're the only screws left on the mount) then try to remove the bulb.
