== == It's in the AC vent above the radio
It is directly under the hand brake lever, attached to the metal bracket. Carefully removing the rubber or plastic cover will reveal it and the little wire going towards the dashboard.
hazard flasher drivers side under dash above kick panel mounted in bottom of convenience panel turn signal under dash drivers side lefthand side of the steering column mounted on a support bracket
The flasher on a 99 Toyota Sienna should be beside the instrument panel fuses under the steering column. You will probably have to remove the driver's side knee bolster to get at it, which is kind of a pain.
FRONT SEATING AREA, DRIVER SIDE, UNDER DASH, ABOVE KICK PANEL, MOUNTED IN BOTTOM OF CONVENIENCE PANEL.
depends on the type of vehicle and who you have doing it. if it is a smaller car and American made it wont take as long as a SUV or a truck im sure. call around if you need to. many mechanics will tell you roughly how much it will cost and how long it will take.
The body computer is the turn signal flasher.
Normally a green wire is never used as a positive connection. It is almost always a ground or negative wire. Take a multimeter and check both wires. Set the multimeter to the DC voltage setting and check each wire. If one of them has voltage it will show up. Now set the multimeter to ohms and check the other wire. If it is a ground wire you will see the meter register.
Is the signal flasher underneath the steering wheel or somewhere else
A bungalow is the term for a small house. The house is one story and the term came into being in the early part of the 20th century when houses were typically two or more stories tall. This type of home is usually a two bedroom unit, with fewer rooms such as a combined living and dining room.
Standard building materials are used for building a bungalow.
I have a 1995.5 Rodeo and had to replace the turn/hazard flasher. It was definitely designed for you to have to take it to the dealer or the automotive professional. It is located under/behind the dashboard directly behind the upper far left air vent. You will have to remove the lower dash cover (5 screws) and then unattach the hood latch and the lighting rheostat from the cover. Lay on your back from the driver floor board and extend your right hand far up to feel for the flasher. It is waayyyy up there behind the air vent. Removing it is easier than replacing it
While searching for this answer for myself, I found this EXCELLENT step-by-step with fotos for replacing the Vanagon water pump: http://www.relitech.com/19wpump.htm Good luck!

Though your model may be slightly different, I am confident that a competent home mechanic should be able to sort it out. -AY
Either in the "Power Center" under the hood on the passenger side strut tower, or in the in-cabin fuse center on the passenger side. Open passenger front door and there's a fuse panel door to pull off on the side of the dash.
The above answer is incorrect. The turn signal flasher is incorporated into the hazard warning switch on the dash. You have to remove the vent next to the hazard warning switch to get the unit out. The entire unit must be replaced.
Under the hood there is a fuse block on the drivers side, behind the fuse block is a plastic cover. it has 6 phillip screws holding the cover on. remove the 6 screws and pull the cover up. under there are some relays, the big black one is the turn sig., emerg. flasher and rear window heat relay. thay plug in and are an O.E.M. product (auto parts store won`t have)
you can find them online for around $ 89.00.
It is on the right hand side of the steering column by the column support bracket. It is tucked in behind and you need to feel for the round device. It can pretty hard to find.
Look right above the steering wheel, between the wheen and the spedometor. That button turns on the Hazard lights. mkelly12@ramapo.edu
in the fuse pannel located on the drivers side of the dash facing the door.
