Where is crankshaft position sensor located on 2003 dodge stratus?

Easy :) All you have to do is put your car up in the air, walk under it and you can see the connector just behind the front lower engine mount bracket. (driver's side)

I will be removing the mount and bracket, supporting the weight with a transmission jack, then removing the sensor.....

Hope that helps.

How do you change the cam position sensor on a mk3 mondeo?

Extremely easy to do. Hardest part is spotting the part but it is at the 'front' of the engine, almostin line with the bonnet release catch and just beneath the fuel rail. The electrical connector pulls of and all you need is a an 8 mm. spanner preferably a socket type to unscrew the single retaining bolt. It takes just a few minutes to do the job.

Would code 43 electronic spark control failure cause the vehicle to not start and would replacing the knock sensor fix this or is it an ECM issue?

I have a 1990 Pontiac Safari wagon that would not start, after much testing we found one bad fuel injector replaced it and car started but ran terrible, did more testing and found bad ignition module, replaced module runs better but now have code #43 knock sensor and engine is running in default mode switched ECM no help must be knock sensor don't think knock sensor would keep car from starting but the other things mentioned here would. Hope this helps. This wagon has 3.1 engine. Havent changed knock sensor yet.

What is end bearing?

There are multiple uses of the term in the construction field, but end bearing is a term which usually specifies that a member (a floor joist for example) is resting on or abuting a vertical member (a load bearing wall for example). The more the end bearing (the area of vertical wall contacting the separate member) the more the load can be distributed evenly.

In the example given, if the horizontal member supported more weight than the end bearing capacity, it could crush the sill of the load bearing wall and cause the system to fail.

Can you use motion sensors for speakers?

Yes you can. here is how. you take of the back of the speaker if possible. look at the circut board. there should be two red wires in the middle and a black wire in the right hand upper corner. you now need to detach these wire. the circut board of the motion sensor looks the same attach the wires of booth systems to their match. put the back on both devices, and set the motion detecter on top of the speaker. walk past the detecter or wave your hand in it and it will signal the speakers to turn on. the speakers will then signal the radio to turn on and to turn it off do it maually.

How do you test crank sensor on 92 Dakota 5.2?

The most simply way to check a crank sensor in any car is to get in car, turn key to start and watch tachometer (rpm gauge) if it shows rpms the sensor is good. If there is no tachometer then you will be in for checking wires. there should b a wire with 5 volts going into the sensor and with a test light if your lucky probe another and it should light up as the motor turns.

Where is crank position sensor on 87 Mercedes 300e?

'87 M103 engine 300E. There is one sensor up front with a three pronged plug and there is one up back of the engine compartment under the oil filter. Just look for the head of the hex screw. Bit misleading because they are both referred to as crankshaft sensors or at least they were to me. Sorry I cannot give you more details but will clean this answer up a bit tomorrow with part nrs. etc.

THE CRANK SENSOR IS LOCATED ON THE PASSINGER SIDE OF THE ENGINE , BUT ON THE BACK OF THE ENGINE YOU MMUST REMOVE THE FRONT TIRE TO REACH IT RIGHT BEYOND THE SPEED SENSOR

No it's not!

It is located between the transmission and the engine block above the oil pan on the rear(since the engine is sideways)just about the middle of the car. It has one bolt holding it in and it is a little hard to get out, careful not to break the bolt
