Can anybody provide a diagram for the Mazda B-4000 1994 internal fuse box.?

I can't provide images or diagrams directly, but you can find the internal fuse box diagram for a 1994 Mazda B-4000 in the vehicle's owner's manual or online automotive forums. Additionally, websites like Mazda enthusiast sites or repair manuals often have detailed diagrams. If you need a specific fuse location, I recommend checking those resources or consulting a professional mechanic.

How do you replace intake manifold gasket on 1999 Mazda 626 2.5 liter?

To replace the intake manifold gasket on a 1999 Mazda 626 with a 2.5-liter engine, first, disconnect the battery and remove any components obstructing access to the intake manifold, such as the throttle body and vacuum lines. Next, unbolt the intake manifold and carefully lift it off, ensuring to keep track of any manifold bolts. Clean the surfaces of the manifold and engine block before placing a new gasket in position, then reassemble the manifold and reconnect all removed components. Finally, reconnect the battery and start the engine to check for leaks.

How do you get the overdrive light to stop flashing even when it is off?

You didn't state the make, model, or year of the car. On most newer model cars the transmission is computer controlled. A flashing OD light means there is a problem. Take the car to the dealer or to a good independent transmission shop. Avoid chain transmission shops.

What is the procedure for replacing the spark plugs in a 4 cylinder 2000 Mazda 626?

For a 2000 Mazda 626, the spark plugs are located underneath the engine manifold. In order to remove these, you must first remove the spark plug wire boots by turning upward in a left to right motion. Afterward, use an insulated spark plug socket, extention and driver to remove the spark plugs are they are inches beneath the manifold. Be sure to properly gap the spark plugs, use anti-seize compound, and properly re-attach the spark plug wire boots.

Why would the ignition coil module keep failing on a 1992 MAZDA 626?

I have had them fail due to heat. I used a certain dilectric grease on the underside to help dissipate the heat. If not heat, then possibly a poor ground.

How do you fix a 1998 Mazda 626 when the instrument lights are out but the radio odometer and heater controls are lit and all fuses are good?

Unfortunately, it sounds as if one of the bulbs are burnt out inside the instrument cluster. You are going to need to get a book to help guide you in repairing this problem. You can buy a book at an auto parts store, or you can go to the Library and take a notepad and pencil with you.

Why would a 1995 Mazda 626 not restart that you can start easily each morning but once you shut off the car you can't restart it for 3-8 hours The hotter it is outside the longer it takes to restart?

When you try to restart it, does it turn over but not start? If you press the gas pedal to the floor and try to start it, what happens? Does it act like it's flooded? I've seen bad spark plugs/wires/cap/rotor cause this problem, but it could also be many other things.

What is location of egr boost sensor on 1999 Mazda 626 V-6?

It should be on the upper left side of the firewall. There is typically a single vacuum line running to it, along with one electrical connection. Most Mazda EGR boost sensors are made by Hitachi, so if it is the original boost senor, it should say Hitachi on it somewhere. If you follow the EGR lines around, you should find it eventually. By the way, EGR boost senor issues are a common problem on all Mazda's made around this time and a dealer should know how to fix it.

How do I stopthe fan from running on my Mazda 626 if the car is turned off?

If it's the one on the radiator, and it stops running after a few minutes, then it's been designed by Mazda to work like that.

If it runs until the battery goes flat, you have a short circuit somewhere, supplying the fan with power.

What is the function of a Room fuse in a 2001 Mazda 626?

The room fuse in my '99 626 protects _ignition-off_ function of the power door locks, headlights, and some other functions, IIRC including all operation of the radio. For example, if the Room fuse is blown, my power locks work, but only with the ignition switch on. Doc

Why does my car cut out when i step on the gas when trying to start.?

How do you remove the EGR valve on a Mazda 626?

On a 1996 Mazda 626 thr EGR valve is very hard to remove, if you simply want to clean it you can do so from the inside the Intake Manifold. Before you do this job you will need to get a new Throttle Body Gasket from your local Mazda dealer or auto parts store. the old one will not be reusable.

1 Remove the air intake and put aside.

2 Remove and connectors and hoses on the throttle body (some coolant will leak out of the throttle body once the hoses are disconnected so be prepared to handle that)

3 Remove 2 nuts and 2 bolts that hold throttle body in place. (You may need to give it a light tap with a rubber mallet or something to loosen it).

4 Remove throttle body from Intake Manifold.

5 use an old credit card or plastic scraper and scrap off old gasket (if using a flat utility knife blade to do this use extreme caution so as not to gouge the mating surface) Do this to both Throttle body and Intake Manifold mating surfaces.

6 Spray seafoam (available at NAPA) or throttle body cleaner into manifold and scrub with an old tooth brush or cloth. Some people use a coat hanger to free clogged EGR hole. (You will see this hole leading down and underneath the intake manifold)

7 Once its cleaned, wipe off excess seafoam or cleaner, place new gasket onto intake manifold and replace throttle body. (You may use high temp gasket maker to help ensure a good seal)

8 Reverse removal order and put everything back together.

*NOTE* Make sure throttle body bolts are tightened down very well. If unusually high idle occurs after reassembly, it is most likely a proper seal was not achieved where Throttle body meets intake manifold. Remove, re-clean, use high heat gasket maker and tighten everything down properly.

Why does your overdrive off light flashon my 1996 sable?

I would get your car in to get your transmission checked as soon as possible.

I bought my 1996 Mercury Sable used a little over a year ago. The first day I got it, the overdrive off light would blink after I was doing 45-50 for about 10 minutes. I brought it back to the dealer and asked about it, and he told me, "All old Mercury Sables do it, don't worry about it."

It's a little over a year later and I've started having transmission problems out of the blue. My car has been bucking when it's in first gear and dies when I come to a complete stop unless I throw it in neutral. The service engine light came on when this started, so I brought it in fairly quickly. Come to find out the overdrive off light blinking meant the overdrive wasn't working properly this entire time, and now the transmission needs to be replaced to fix it - about $2000. Unfortunately my dealer warranty has expired now, even though my dealer told me it wasn't an issue, but I advise you to get it checked.

How do you remove the transmission in a 1988 Mazda 626 turbo?

Removing the Transaxle is easy, the best thing to get is one of the Haynes manuals - I just put a clutch in my son's 626 this past weekend -

1 raise the front end of the How_do_you_remove_the_transmission_in_a_1988_Mazda_626_if_it_is_jammed_in_3rd_gear_and_will_not_shiftand remove the tires and disconnect the battery.

2. have someone stand on the brakes and remove the center nut out of the wheel

3. Remove the steering joint, if done correctly no harm will come to it.

4. Disconnect the front struts from the front hub assembly

5. Remove the Cross member on the Driver's side of the How_do_you_remove_the_transmission_in_a_1988_Mazda_626_if_it_is_jammed_in_3rd_gear_and_will_not_shift.

6. You should be able to twist the front end to a point to where the axel will come out of the front end - take a pry bar and put it inbetween the transaxel and axel and pop out the other end, cover both ends with a plastic bag or greasy rag to keep dirt and moisture off of it.

7. Repeat 2-4 on the passenger side.

8. There are some brackets on the back side of the engine that need to be removed prior to removing the axel on the passenger side. Again cover both ends.

9 place a jack under the transmission and disconnect the mounting brackets.

10. Remove all the bolts around the bell housing - to include removing the starter and disconnecting the clutch cable or slave cylinder.

11. place the pry bar between the engine and the bell housing and carefully separate the two - at this point you should be able to slowly lower the tranny and slide it out from under the car.

I may have skipped a few parts but this is what I remember I did to replace the clutch.

Mazda 626 horn does not work in steering wheel however if you are using the key chain lock button and you hit it twice the horn will sound fuse is not burnt out maybe the horn relay module in fuse box?

It sounds like the contacts in the steering wheel itself are bad. Find the "hot" wire to the horn under the dash, use a jumper wire to bridge from it to a good ground. If the horn sounds it is bad contacts in the steering wheel. If it still does not sound check for a break in the hot wire between the fuse box and the steering wheel. If the horn relay were bad it would not work at all.
