Data protection is when you use all means necessary to secure data against unauthorized access. Data privacy is about authorized access; whoever has it defines it. Another way to look at data privacy and protection is that data protection is a technical issue while data privacy is legal.
It can be by institutions when confidentiality is not maintained, or misuse of information obtained from their customers. Individuals compromise their data protection when they allow data-thief to have access to their data unhindered through careless safeguard of data, such as leaving your device in a place where anyone can have access to it. Service providers compromise data privacy when they also refuse to put in place a minimum standard security architecture that would ensure data given to them by their clients when transacting with them is protected.
Also, use the data for purposes other than what was agreed with the customer. Customers provide these data based on trust that the institution will adhere to the protection standard required of them; when this is not done, and unauthorized access is made to their customer's data through their infrastructure or network, they become complicit in a Data Privacy Breach.
Can a satellite read a license plate on a car?
Not usually. The car would have to be planted in the ground or the satellites camera would have to be at a shallow angle to earth. Yes and there will be to much atmosphere in the way that will distort the image, the best resolution by Google earth is 15 cm/pixel I really don't think so, I think the best resolution a satellite can reach is about 60mm per pixel and one letter or number is smaller than 60 mm it will only show up as a black or white spot. but this answer is open for debate

No, not unless you deliberately misrepresented the condition of your trade. Otherwise tell them you traded it in "As Is". Of course they could sue you, which is highly unlikely.
What car brand is the most sold in America?
How do you open the sunroof on a 1980 Mercedes Benz 450SEL?

Is the bank allowed to keep your rims after repo even if you still have the original tires?
Yes And you get to keep the tires Are you allowed to order orange juice with your breakfast if you already have a glass of apple juice in front of you? You said "if you still have the original tires" that is not the same as the original rims. The rule of thumb for repossessions is anything that is attached to the vehicle, stays with the vehicle. Banks and recovery agencies don't have time to babysit rims and special after market items. Here's the trick: if you plan on skipping the car payments, take the after market items off before the repoman gets there. Just a thought. Here's another view.....with the fancy rims, the vehicle may get more at the auction so you may end up owing the bank less after it is all done.

You have to go thru the Florida DMV to get the application for title.
My advice is to get in touch with your local registration office and they can set you up with the required paperwork and help you fill it out.

I have been car sales for 7 years and Nebraska law is that it takes 1 to buy but 2 to sell. What this means is that you could put a car in say your wife and your name without her permision but to change the title "sell" you both would need to sine the title. The long and short yes you would need the others permision to re-title the car. Just the opposite in Kansas. Traded in a car titled to myself and my wife and bought one titled to myself and daughter. No problem selling the car with only my signature, but could not register the new one without my daughter's signature.

The car belongs to the person listed as the owner on the title. Listing someone as the lien holder does not make them the owner.
You can't transfer a motor vehicle when you know there's a lien on it. The lien would be reflected on the title and a prudent buyer wouldn't take title that is encumbered by a lien.
get upset and demand to deal with the sales manager. money talks, and your salesman is being greedy. if you pay a penny more than dealers invoice then you are not using your moneys power to its full extent.. flash the cash and if they dont suck up in a big way threaten to take your business elsewhere. commissions and doc fees and all the other ways they come up with to drain money out of you is for the people in a low bargaining position, you are sitting in the drivers seat in this deal so tell "them" how it is going to be.
What to do after they repo my car?
The first thing you should do is contact the bank or financial institution. They will USUALLY be willing to make arrangments for payment and as long as you keep those arrangments you will get your car back. Keep in mind however they will most likely require you to pay the repo fees as well as redemption fees. Sometimes they will just roll the fees into the end of the loan so that you dont have to come up with so much money right away ... besides they get to collect intrest on it that way. Once you keep the arrangements with the bank they will issue paperwork to the repo company or auction saying the vehicle can be released and you will get a phone number to call to go pickup the vehicle.
Do you have to go to the hospital if you get battery acid in your eye?
Most vehicle batteries use Lead-Acid batteries, and the electrolyte in the battery is SULPHURIC ACID. Sulphuric Acid is HIGHLY CORROSIVE to body tissues, AND can do serious permanent damage, especially to the eye tissues.
If one gets battery acid in the eyes, or anywhere on the skin, I strongly recommend immediately beginning to "flush," rinse the affected area with copious amounts [LOTS] of clean, cool, fresh water, while at the same time calling for the EMTs [in the USA, most people can simply dial 911 to summon the EMTs].
If emergency medical assistance is not available, then immediately begin the flushing procedure, and call your doctor for advice, and/or go directly to your local hospital emergency room as quickly as possible.
Can you return a financed vehicle?
Yes. This is called a "voluntary repossession". You're still responsible for the entire amount of the loan, so if the car is worth less than the remaining loan amount, then you'll have to make up the difference. Also, it's still a repossession, even though it was voluntary, and will appear on your credit. If you're not late on the payments yet you may do better to sell the vehicle yourself and use the proceeds to pay off the loan, as this won't ding your credit.
You can be sued depending on the terms of your contract. All that "surrender" means is that you gave up the car without a fight. It does not necessarily mean a cancelling of a contract.
Whom ever signed the CONTRACT is the one(s) who owes the money. Pink slip doesnt count when it comes time to pay.
Were you in DEFAULT of the contract the car was collateral for? If so, not much to do about the repo except pay up. Obviously, the "not licensed" part didnt bother you when you bought the car. Call a local attorney for state specific advice.
In many states, notice of repossession is not required. The licensing of the seller is neither here nor there, because that does not affect the fact that you owe him a debt. There may be laws regarding your rights to reclaim the car after paying the back payments and costs of repossession.
In a divorce what rights does one party have to repossess a vehicle?
Here are some reasons: If you are the one that has made all the payments and it's in your name then your mate has no right to it. If there are two vehicles during the time of the divorce you are each entitled to one of those vehicles. If you haven't been making payments on a vehicle and it's a joint loan your mate can take the car. If you and your mate owe debts, then the debts must be paid off and any banking instiution can repossess your house to your vehicles and other things of value to make up for that loan. This also includes the IRS!
