Economic factors are all the units required in the economic activity of production of goods and services with the effective and efficient utility of resources and fulfill the consumption demand in any market and national economy.
Non economic factors are the social and political environment that may not directly effect the level of national income and output.
Economics is the interaction of the functions of demand and supply on the market for the prudent usage of scarce resources in order to arrive at a balanced curve while non-economics factors are factors that are used as substitutes to the players in the clear field of economics in order to allow the market play without interruption by switching to substitutes when the side of the players becomes high

the next two are what are called polymorphs, they have the same chemical formula, but when they are created they form different types of crystals.
These are created by aluminum reacting with atmospheric oxygen and water

Is the United States Department of Education currently facing any problems?
The U.S. Department of Education is always facing problems. A good share of those problems are associated with budget, and how to best distribute the U.S. Government's monies to the states to support education programs there. There is a constant battle to generate accurate statistics and to interpret them so that a realistic picture of education in the U.S. can be generated and maintained.
The Department of Education also administers student loans and works to improve educational methods and better equip teachers. A link is provided to the Department of Education website, and the curious person could cruise over and pick up a few slices of information.
In 1979 Jimmy Carter formed the Department of Education under pressure from teacher's unions and National Education Association and funds (your tax dollars) were supposed to go to the poorer states and school districts in each of these states under a program called Title 1 but congress decided that money should be distributed to ALL school districts because they all want a share of that money, doing the poorer districts out of money they NEEDED and the more affluent school districts did not. Here's how it works; you and every worker in your state gives a certain percentage of your federal tax monies to education (never should have left your state) and then the federal government distributes only a portion of that money (approx 80%) back to all school districts in all states and in many districts the money is used to build bigger nicer looking schools and not doing a thing to educate our children. So we spend more and more money and get less results. Letting fed settle education issues and policies not a good idea and the fact that teachers in public schools are union causes problems in that the most important issue in education is a teacher's skill at teaching but if one doesn't measure up they can't be fired (they have a union contract). Unions breed mediocrity in that people who work hard and are good at what they do compete with people who are lazy and are no good at what little they do but get paid the same or in many cases less than the lazy person, I say many cases because the ones that are good at what they do go get private sector jobs where it pays to be good at what you do and the lazy ones stay where they are because they can't compete in the private sector and are protected by the union where they are.

statistical data renders valuable assistance in the proper understanding of economic problems and formulation of economic policies. Most economic problems involve facts which can be expressed numerically for example, volume of trade, wages, prices, tax, etc. In economics, the increasing importance of statistics in the study of economic problems has resulted in a new branch of study called econometric.
What parts of the modern countries does the Fertile crescent include?
The Fertile Crescent basically constitutes a long arc from the Nile Delta to the Persian Gulf because fresh water was (and still is) a key requisite for civilizations to survive and flourish. Using today's country names, it covers parts of Egypt and Sudan, Jordan, Israel, Syria, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Iran. (likely I overlooked a couple Lilliputian countries and wannabe countries)
The question is not phrased precisely and thus is difficult to answer objectively.
Who defines "modern" and what criteria are used - date the country was created, or by some PER CAPITA comparison to countries worldwide, e.g., literacy, crime/violence, poverty, indoor plumbing, healthy births; or by type of government (primitive despotic or religious dictatorships vs. something more representative of the citizenry and conducive to freedom)
What does "parts" mean? Would listing a major city suffice or should "parts" be bounded by GPS coordinates.
Do we use today's climate-defined watershed and irrigation coverage or the one from back when the term Fertile Crescent was first coined or back when the earliest villages sprouted up in approx 8000 to 7000 BCE?
IMHO, the only definitely "modern" country is Israel by any of the aforementioned criteria, though Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and even Turkey probably have a legitimate claim to the term "modern" as well.
Wouldn't surprise me if, despite widespread illiteracy, poverty, strife, and Draconian govt rule, Iran and Syria would jump up and down claiming they're "modern" if only because of sporadic electric service and a weapons stockpile. Ego is a human weakness.
Does personality include cognitive abilities?
My undergraduate degree is in psychology, however I am not a psychologist. That being said, let us first take a look at the definition of "cognition." Cognition involves the mental process of knowing, including aspects such as awareness, perception, reasoning, and judgment. To answer your question, yes human personality does involve cognitive abilities. Still, if you ask what makes up personality in sum, then I would say that personality is the combination of many components, and there are many schools of thought. Hopefully, some one will add to this who has the ability to explain an enormous subject without writing a book on this site. Personality is a life-long learning process and it would still be only the tip of the iceberg. Viper1
