Right behind the glovebox just left of the center of the glovebox is a long panel. Push on the tab at the bottom until it is pushed all the way in and the tab releases at the bottom. 4. Pull that cover off 5. The Cabin Air Filter is straight ahead. You will have to pull it out and bend it towards the passenger side of the car. Just go slow, and it will eventually come out. Reinstalling is these steps in reverse.

a pacesetter header will help free up some horsepower, a muffler won't do much if anything at all, the rest of the exhaust pipe from the catalytic converter back needs to be replaced with larger diameter pipe as well.

it's pretty easy. However because of how vital it is to follow manufacturers specs on torquing the manifold I would sugest getting a manual. Expect to spend between 4 and 6 hours on it. Remove everything from the intake manifold be sure to label everything carefully. Drain the coolant. Remove the intake bolts a1/4 turn at a time until they are all evenly removed. Clean off all traces of gasket material. The joints need to be spotless. It is imperative to not damage the mating surfaces. When you reinstall everything be sure to replace the gaskets in the same direction they came off. Re torque the manifold in three steps 15 foot pounds,then 25, ending at 35 foot pounds. The sequence is essentially middle right, middle left, rear left, rear right, front left, front right. It is more intricate than that which is why i recommend securing a manual.

It's not so much about the amount of air you can stuff in there, it's more about the quality of the mixture of air and gas. You want the gas to remain suspended in the air all the way to the intake port.
The problem is that a manifold that flows well at high speeds will usually be very inefficient at low speeds. The ones that come from the factory are intended for lower rpm use. Figure from idle to 5000-5500.
The biggest carb I've seen from the factory is an 855 cfm Holley. So that's probably about the limit for that type of manifold.

You need to explain more on where exactly the coolant is leaking. There are several possible reasons why your coolant is leaking. If it's from your main hoses that lead to and from the engine or radiator, you need to check the condition the hoses are in. If they're in a decent condition, it's not that. If it's leaking around where the hoses are connecting, it's probably not tight enough, or there is possibly a clog in your coolant line. Also get your radiator checked. If it's leaking into the passenger compartment, it's most likely the heater core.
