Just had to replace a stud on one of my mirrors this past weekend. I had heard you could get the mirror nuts off without taking out the window but after spending way too much time trying to figure out how, I just removed the window. Only takes five minutes to take the window out, one hour to figure out that you can't figure out how not to. Good luck

One billion is how many lakhs?

There are 10,000 lakh in 1 billion (short scale, 109).

In India and other parts of southern Asian, an older numbering system is still in some use. The value one lakh (lac) equals 100,000, one crore equals 10 million (US), and one arab equals 1 billion (US). This is because the numbers over 1000 are increased by orders of 100 rather than 1000 (short scale) or a million (long scale).

Mixed urethane clear with base coat?

sure, it is called bace coat/clear coat system and they have been doing it since 1986 ish. Spray your bace till covered let it dry tack cloth the finish then spray your clear, follow directions on can

I think the question is whether or not to mix the base coat WITH the clear before applying. It will defeat the purpose of the clear coat as a UV protectant to the base coat. You can do it but I certainly would not recommend it.

What causes the voltage gauge to fluctuate and the LCD to dim at idle on a 1990 Chevy Corvette even though the alternator has been replaced?

It's also possible that the battery is weak. Have the charging system -and- battery tested to ensure that the voltage isn't dropping below specified levels when the engine is at idle. Most alternators are designed not to engage or to begin generating power until the engine RPM's excede a certain value. This is because the alternator imposes quite a load on an engine, and could cause one to stall if engaged at idle. So the car electrical system, including the ignition, is running off of the battery at idle. Usually, the alternator will engage by 1200 RPM.
