What sort of power connector does a floppy disk drive typically use?
The power connectors used by both 5.25-inch and 3.5-inch floppy drives are 4-pin connectors. The larger connector--used by 5.25-inch drives--is called a Molex or peripheral cable. This type of cable is also used by IDE/ATA hard drives and optical drives. The smaller 4-pin cable used by 3.5-inch floppy drives is generally called a floppy power cable.
What are 3.25 inch or 5.25 inch diskettes?
Commonly known as floppy disks.
These were preceded by 8" disks. These disks were either hard or soft sectored. The hard sectored disks had holes punched, either at the outside, or inside periphery to indicate the start of a sector.

How do you install an internal floppy disc drive into a laptop?
Most modern laptops do not have space for a floppy drive internally, so this is impossible on them.
If you have an old laptop that has space for a floppy drive internally, it probably already has one so you don't need to install one. However if that existing internal floppy drive has failed you will have to replace it (assuming you can find a floppy drive to replace it with). To replace the existing internal floppy drive you will need the manufacturer's documents on how to open the laptop's case, get access to the floppy drive, and swap out the old one and replace it with the new one. This will almost certainly require special tools (e.g. torx drivers, wrenches) that you don't already have and will need to buy if you don't already frequently do such work.
People like me who use OU for singles trap shooting tend to use top barrel, depending where the bird flies from. If I have any doubt if it's too far I use the bottom barrel as a precaution. I recommend you go trap shooting and using an OU to see which barrel you like to use best, but make sure you try with both barrels, not just one or the other

What is the drive cycle of a 1998 Toyota Camry lxe computer?
There is no drive trace as a whole, however, some monitor cycles are similar and may pass through simultaneouslyCatalyst moniotor: Pre-req: no codes present, IAT above 14 deg f; ECT is above 176 deg f requires observation of data using a scan tool, may want to consult your mechanic EGR Monitor:Pre-req: no codes present, IAT is avove 13 deg f; altitude below 7801 ft, -connect scan tool -if IAT is less than 50 F at start up, idle for 10 min Evaporative Monitor: Pre-req: no codes present, Fuel level between 50 and 75%, IAT & ECT between 40 and 95 deg f, altitude below 7801 ft, 8 hour cold soak -release pressure in fuel tank by removing and replacing gas cap before start up -idle engine until ect is 167 deg f or more -raise engine speed to 3000 rpm for 10 sec -idle engine with ac on for 15-50 min (if no ac turn on rear defroster and headlamps) O2 Sensor Monitor: depends on if it has o2 sensors or air/fuel ratio sensor
What is the mpg on a 2001 Chevy blazer 4 wheel drive?

The transfer case could have been jammed, such as by shifting int 4WD while wheels were slipping. If a pin bends, it can stick the transfer case in 4WD permanently.
How do you copy music onto a floppy disk?
Compress it as a very low bit-rate mp3, then copy the file across.
Alternatively, go retro and find some mod files.
For ultimate quality & recording length, try mo3 files. You can fit over an hour of music on a floppy disc in certain genres this way, without sacrificing much in sound. However, if you have vocals, you may only fit 15 minutes onto a disc.
April Snow (a song with vocals) can be found here

use the latter the compress the former and it will be about 500k
Nobody discovered the floppy disk. Alan Field Shugart working at IBM on the System/370 project invented them in 1970 as a means of storing microcode for loading into writable control store during µIPL (microcode initial program load). Shugart's original floppy, as used on the System/370, was an 8 inch single sided disk with a capacity of 80,000 bytes. The System/370 treated them as read only disks. They were not intended to have a long usage life as they would only be in the drive for a few minutes a day for µIPL and then be returned to the storage sleeve.
What does 'Media Write Protected' mean?
Storage devices such as floppy disks, cassette tapes, Video tapes, and SD cards for cameras often have a 'write protection' facility available. So you can't accidentally write over some precious data that you'd previously recorded. For a most of the above, it will be a small blanking hole. For an SD card, it is a small slider.
When you get the above message, it means that the blanking / slide switch is in the 'protect' position.
If two scans early in pregnancy say the same they are extremely accurate. Your pregnancy gestation was 14 weeks and 1 day as pregnancy is counted from the first day of your last period (if you have a 28 day cycle) it was 12 weeks from conception.
What are the disadvantages of using disk space?
There are several disadvantages to using disk space:
1) Loss of available space as items are saved, which slows down processing speeds.
2) After reaching a certain amount of occupied disk space, you risk a hard drive crash or failure to operate. When there is a disruption a computer will usually reboot and during this process it searches for errors and deletes them. Normally it will replace or repair damaged sectors, but if you are out of space then it will erase the sectors and permantly be unable to reboot. You'll end up with a paper weight. Do no belief a technician if they tell it is not possible. This comes from personal experience and also the manufacturer will confirm this.
Can a computer read info faster from a hard disc than it can a floppy disc?
Yes, it takes longer to load from a floppy disk.
When was the SDSS floppy disk introduced?
IBM introduced the floppy disk in 1971 to store microcode for the System/370. It was an 8 inch single density single sided disk with a capacity of 80,000 bytes.
Why is it useful to run the utility from a bootable floppy disk or CD rather than from windows?
Windows uses Protected Mode, which (normally) prohibits raw access to a disk drive and other hardware. Also, if a system is infected with a virus, that virus would already be active, and may affect the performance of the utility (i.e. by hiding itself, disabling the scanner, etc). By using a utility that does not need Windows, you can prevent a virus from loading, which allows for a clean scan. Or if the utility needs direct hardware access, it can do so without needing elevated privileges and/or special drivers.
Also, some motherboard functions, such as a BIOS flash, can only be performed in "unprotected mode", which is the BIOS's way of preventing a virus from infecting the BIOS (which would render the virus invincible, and/or completely damage the computer beyond repair).
