The Bulb: if you look at the back of the headlight in the middle there is a black node with wires out the back of it twist it and it should come loose, pull it out and there is the light. Pull the wires and the black sleeve then put the new one in the way you took it out.
The Lens: It has been a while since i replaced my so bare with me. Unfortuanately the lamp is one piece (really bad design). Take the blub out. I cannot remember exactly all the screws to remove but i will go through the general process. Remove the grille (pretty easy) it is just held on with some clips a flathead and some gental persuation will get that off. Remove screws that hold it on. What I'm having problems remembering is if you have to take the blinker off (which it held on by visible screws) You will just have to play by ear. After those screws are out, it should pull right out and replace it with the new one. Don't forget to adjust them!

it is not a good idea. the alternator is selected to meet the needs of the electrical system. Check to see what the maxium amp load is. It may cause a fault light to show up. the computers are set up for specific amps. Check to see if similar Volvo models of the year use a 70 amp alternator. hope it helps. duboff

Take the radiator cap off. Start the engine and watch for bubbles. This is a quick check. If you want a better check use a compression tester. Check all of the cylinders. They should all be similiar. If one or two are low you probably have a blown gasket. There are other causes for low compression, but they will all require opening the engine to fix. ANSWER Is your coolant temp gauge reading different readings like hi then low and back? Is there any white smoke coming from the exhaust? Is your engine running rough like 1 cylinder is missing?

the crank sensor is somtimes located on the top of the oil pan. i know it is atlest on the 91. side of the block just below the exhaust manifold it takes a 10 mm socket

Jack up the right front corner of the vehicle, remove the following: RF wheel, front motor mount, serpentine belt, belt tensioner crankshaft pulley, timing cover, and timing belt, to gain access to and replace the water pump. It is recommennded that you install a new timing belt when you replace the water pump.
