Clean both ends of both cables and if that doesn't do it, check the cable ends.

Sometimes it is a chore. If it is rusted on, you jay have to use heat around the hub. If the shoes have worn groves in it, you have to retract the shoes with the adjusters. If push comes to shove, you just pry them off destroying the springs and retainers. You have to know how they go back on though.

It means the fuel pump shut off switch has been triggered. If you need to re-set the switch, it's located above the passenger side tire in the trunk, behind a panel.

Fuel pump in in the gas tank. Fuse panel in usually located under the dash soemwhere, and another one under the hood. Look in your owners manual.

First disconnect the negative battery cable then make sure engine is cool before you do the next step, disconnect the cooling fan then remove then remove the four bolts that hold the fan in, remove the upper radiator support mount, jack the car up, make sure you put it on jack stand, there is a bolt on the bottom of the ignition module mount, you have to remove that from under the car, then remove spark plug wire make sure you label them before you remove them because if you don't you will change the firing order and you car may not start or run right if you don't them back in the correct firing order, OK now disconnect the ignition connector then remove the two bolts, one on each side, then remove the ignition module with the coil pack. installation is the same as removal. check your injector and the O ring that goes around the injector. You will need a star bit or a hex bit, mid size to remove the injector, it just pulls out. and unplugs, check for carbon build-up (black residue) and take the O ring off and examine it. This truck has a sensor that tells how much fuel to dispense, if the O ring is damaged, or the injector is clogged by carbon deposits, it may be sending too much or (if O ring is damaged) or not enough, (if build up has it clogged) fuel and then the truck may not stay running, the proper amount of fuel needs to be dispensed to keep it running. You can clean the injector with gasoline and a tooth brush, don't assume it is bad and needs replaced. You can buy the O ring a any hard ware store for about 12cents. This is very common in Chevy trucks from 1990-1999. I had to replace my O ring in my s-14 about 3 times. but 36 cents was better than *80.00 for a new injector, check it out

It might be the sending unit for the fan that's near the thermostat housing on the side.

yes you can get this code, code p0455 is a large evap leak detected or no purge flow detected. A loose cap could create a large leak, so this could be the problem. However most loose gas caps will give you a small leak detected code.

There is a little screw on your carb, should be on the right side(assuming your vehicle is carbureted)get a knife and slowly turn the screw to lower and raise your idle.

is there enuff bolt left to attach pair of vice grips
if not you need to drill bolt and use "easy out " to remove broken bolt

The 95 lx sequence is 1,3,4,2. Not sure if this helps or not, but may be a try.

Install block heater in lower rad hose .

The wiper control arm on the right of the steering column pulls forward to control the rear wiper. Push in the end button to spray wiper fluid. Push up to turn wipers on with arm pulled toward you. Push arm back away from you to return to front windshield wipers. Took me forever to figure this out as this was a work vehicle.

It comes off of the accumulator/dryer on the firewall on the passenger side of the engine compartment. The A/D looks like a black thermos bottle with an electrical switch on the side of it. The A/C valve looks just like a tire valve but is about 2 times bigger.

On the gearbox :) common for all gearboxes is a filling hole aprox halfway up, in front or on the outside. Google for images of gearboxes , helps a lot.

There is no idle screw. The idle control solonoid is on the throtle body and sometimes it can get dirty needing cleaning. ---- Well, this is assuming you have TBI or fuel injection, or if it is a carbuerated engine, if it is FI, the idle is set at the factory, no adjustment to the idle is recommended, as the computer controls the idle in FI engine's, if you must, their is a idle adjustment screw under a tin cap seated in your throttle body, an awl or a similar tool can remove this cap, is it located directly in front of the throttle stop, lower right of your TBI unit. jr Since in 1992 there WASN"T a carbureated engine in that car, if you are having idle problems the culprit would be the Idle Air Control Valve (IAC Valve). There is no cleaning it, only replacing it will fix your issue, assuming you don't have an intake gasket leak. Scott

The fuel shutoff switch shold be in the bottom panel on the driver side near door and floorboard... there should be an access panel labeled fuel pump switch..if this helps Your fuel shut off switch is located behind the passenger side rear suspension. In your trunk, same location in the wagons. It has a door labeled "Fuel Shutoff Switch". Open this door, and see if the switch has been faulted.

it is not the hazard system, but comes from the speedo cable which is routed behind the dashboard thus making it sound like the flasher unit.

To reset the computer, disconnect the negative battery cable, turn the ignition switch on, then back off, and rehook the battery after about 15-30 minutes.

Needs new speed sensor or if it has a cable to the speedometer it needs to be replaced along with the housing.
