It's hard to discribe!!! Basically, you just flutter kick while bringing one arm from your hip and into the air until it is by your head, then back to your side underwater while the other arm comes out of the water like the first one. It's very confusing at first, especially if you've never seen someone swim it. GOOD LUCK!!!!

To get started, just practice lying on your back and flutter kicking, trying to keep your legs straight and get power from moving your legs at the hips. To add your arms, start with them at your sides, swing one arm over head, entering the water palm out with your pinky entering the water first. Pull through the water just below the surface back to your hip. Start your next arm when the first is almost back at your hip.

best one piece of advice for backstroke is to keep your chin up!! act like you're looking behind you. It'll feel weird at first, but it'll make your butt come up and streamline your body, resulting in far less drag and an easier time swimming.

If you know that you have a particular interest in OBGYN, you might consider trying to volunteer with a clinic or hospital and finding an OB who would serve as your mentor to see if it's really what you want to do and to show your interest in the field. Once in medical school, all of the classes and rotations are the same for everyone until the fourth year, when elective rotations can be taken. You would need to apply to OB residency programs during that year of medical school and then complete an OB residency (tpyically 4 years). Because lower Frequencies are for long range whereas higher frquecies such as microwave go much shorter distances such as line of sight but can carry more information due to the complexity of the waveform. I have a 2000 LeSabre and always was supprised to find water in the drivers side floor after a rain. One day while waiting out a thunderstorm, I looked for the leak. I found water running out at the bottom of the door, behind the door panel. I looked for a drain hole in the door, and could not find one. (The water inside the door has to come out somewhere, I just couldn't find where!!!) I then looked at the weatherstrip along the door post behind the mirror and found the weatherstriping was wrinkled. I straightened up the weatherstrip and have not found any water for about a year.
