What is the scientific name for chimpanzee?

Pan troglodytes. Pan is a reference to the Greek god who was half-man and half-goat, a satyr. So basically, this refers to the way that Chimps are viewed as being half-man and half-animal. Troglodytes means "cave dwellers" in Greek. This refers to their perceived primitive lifestyle. Is there a special pregnancy test for women with premature ovarian failure?

There is not a "special" test for women with POF. Pregnancy tests detect rise in HCG hormones...which any woman who gets pregnant will produce. However for women with POF traditional ovulation predictor tests won't work as LH is detected here and LH is usually high in women with POF. Some POFers suggest using the Clear Blue Fertility monitor. Good luck.

Whats the difference between a Chevy 2500 and a 2500hd?

the 2500's cooler

answer the HD is actually a rebadged 1 ton (3500). the front and rear springs are heavier, too

The frame is different on the 2500HD. Look at the frame where it goes over the rear axle. It's easy to see just looking over the top of the rear wheels. If you see a 2500 (or 1500HD) parked next to a 2500HD you'll see the frame is much bigger at that particular point on the HD.

If the 2500 HD is a rebadged 3500 then what is the truck that is badged 3500?

What vehicles are classed as commercial?

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration defines a Commercial Motor Vehicle in 390.5 as: Commercial motor vehicle means any self-propelled or towed motor vehicle used on a highway in interstate commerce (business) to transport passengers or property when the vehicle- (1) Has a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR)or gross combination weight rating, or gross vehicle weight or gross combination weight, of 4,536 kg (10,001 pounds) or more, whichever is greater; or (2) Is designed or used to transport more than 8 passengers (including the driver) for compensation; or (3) Is designed or used to transport more than 15 passengers, including the driver, and is not used to transport passengers for compensation; or (4) Is used in transporting material. The GVWR is not how much your vehicle weighs, it's what your vehicles' maximum laden weight is. It is assigned by the manufacturer. You can find the GVWR on the VIN plate on the door or door frame of most power vehicles, and on the VIN plate on most trailers. If you add the GVWR from the Truck and trailer and it is more than 10,000 pounds, it's a commercial vehicle. For example, a Ford F150 has a GVWR around 7000 pounds by itself. A tandem axle flat bed trailer usually has a GVWR of 7000 pounds. When the vehicles are together, the total combination rating is 14,000 pounds and the vehicle is a commercial vehicle. Most states have adopted the federal regulations, but some have made exceptions to this rule for Non-CDL commercial vehicles that are operated only within the individual state. (Non CDL means a commercial motor vehicle with a GVWR between 10,001 and 26,000 pounds) Check with your local jurisdiction to find out if your state has adopted the federal regulations and if there are any exceptions.

Are all people who have descended from a common ancestor legal relatives?

Whether persons are "legally related" depends on the purpose for which the relationship is being measured, as well as the particular jurisdiction. For example, in New York the furthest relationship considered in the area of estates (intestacy in particular) is the first cousin once-removed. So, persons who are all descended from a particular person can all be legally related in some instances. But if the ancestor in question is further back than a great-grandparent, not each of the descendants is going to be a legal relation of each of the others (though some, of course, will be).

What is the wormy tickling inside your ear?

What creates that weird, creepy sensation is slight contractions of the muscle fibers in the inside surfaces of the ear, mostly in the middle-ear. When one has an excessive build-up of ear wax, this may trigger these quick, fluttery spasms that try to move the wax out (and sometimes succeed); these sensations can seem as if something is slithering inside the ear.

It's another case of Nature taking care of things for us.

Rule: NEVER ram an object into your ear to extricate wax. Buy and use an ear-wax-removal kit instead, or go to your doctor to have your ear flushed out by a nurse-practitioner, with their equipment.

Who is Joseph pike artist born 1883 any one know anything about him.?

Answer I know of a Joseph pike, n he was my great great great grand father. Sumpn like that. I inherited three pasteled framed pictures approx 10 years ago,all signed Joseph pike 1924.The scenes are London`s famous buildings,Houses of Parliament,Westminster Cathederal, Trafalgar Square.I inherited from an Aunt whom had no descendants so i have no knowledge of the artist or value of his skilled work!

Answer:

Joseph Pike was born on 6th March 1883 in Bristol. He was a painter in water-colour of mainly architectural subjects . He was a member of the Society of Graphic Artists (S.G.A.). He studied art at Ampleforth college in Yorkshire under William James Boddy. He exhibited with the Royal Academy, the Society of Graphic Artists and the Pastel Society. Lived at Barnes. I understand he may have been gassed during World War 1 and was treated at a sanatorium/ hospital in Dartford. Other works known to me, include a sketch book of Bruges and one of Chester. An original sketch of Cardiff Castle may be found in Cardiff Central Library. Further information on this talented man may be gleaned from Ampleforth College itself. I too have inherited signed original paintings of a woodland/riverside scene viewed from two different directions. They were a wedding present to my grandparents when he was at Dartford. I believe they are the only paintings of this kind from Joseph Pike - as they do not follow his normal architectural style. They are really quite beautiful. As to the value of his original works - I have no idea.
