You need to have the computer codes read at the dealer or a parts store ( lots of them will do it for free ) the issue that your truck is having may have nothing to do with the gas cap. If you did have the codes read and a gas cap was the answer then disconnect the battery or better yet remove the ecc fuse for about a minute to reset the computer and see if the problem returns.

Usually if a seat motor is causing the fuse to blow then the motor is going bad. It could be using more amperage than it is designed to use. This will cause the fuse to blow. DO NOT be tempted to put in a bigger fuse. This can cause a fire. Good luck.

I have a 95 Mazda B2300, and it does the same thing, and if you bang on the dash board, the speedometer starts working, unfortunatly fords have a lot of wiring short problems, and my ABS light too, but I don't know why. replace the sensor located on top of the differential.

The cable or the vent door is probably binding. Take out the control panel first to see if the problem is there, then trace the cable down and see if you can manually move the vent door. If not, you may have to take the duct apart or replace it. I would suggest disconnecting the battery for a half hour before working on this so you don't accidently set off the air bags.

If you call the dealer and give him the VIN # located on the drivers side dash board or on the title. That number will allow him to tell you what options came on that particular vehicle.

There should be a hose clamp holding the air intake tube on. Loosen this clamp. Discconnect the ait sensor from the part you just unclamped. Release the clamp thing that holds the other end of the tube to the air filter box. Remove this hose to get it out of your way. Now what you should see is a square shaped sensor that covers the opening toward the engine. There will be four screws. Remove the screws and diconnect the connector. It should be off now. Hope this helps.

The method for reseting this alarm system sounds a little goofy. But, here is how I have to reset mine: While sitting in the drivers seat, open the passenger door and leave it opened. Turn the key off and on to the accessory position five times. Open and close the driver's door three times. Shut the passenger door.

If the check engine light is flashing the engine is misfiring. Most likely a bad ignition coil.

the brakes will work but at some time they will let you down.take it and get it fixed before ya kill someone

checked was not installed all the way ( still suspicious of how that could have

Stalling. My first inclination is to look for a fuel problem like low fuel pressure but there can be reasons a car would do this. Anyhow, you're basically looking at two reasons an engine will stop running. Either there's no fuel or no fire. In other words, either the engine isn't getting any gasoline (no fuel) or the spark plugs aren't firing. No gas could mean a bad fuel filter or pump. No fire... that's tougher. There could be many causes there. So anyway, that's it in a nut shell. Hope that helps.

wheel locks up and abs light come on because abs not working on that wheel lights go dim because alternator not working completely

P0135 error code refers to the HO2S, Heated oxygen sensor. It is located on the exhast manifold and has a wire from it toward the fire wall near the brake master cylinder. there is a wire connector that can be unpluged and spliced to the new O2 sensor wire pigtail. this may solve the performance prob. Other things to check are vaccum leaks and EGR problems.

the ECM is located on the pass side dash,open the glove box to access ECM, also under hood by pass side strut tower to remove 10 mm wiring harness bolt.
