Where do you find the engine coil packs for a 1989 Chevy Beretta 2.8L motor?
They can be one of two places. Either at the top rear of the engine, or at the front, also on top.
Remove your lower passenger side engine mount and you will be able to rock the engine back far enough for the fan to clear the manifold.

How do you change the rear speakers in a 96 Chevy beretta?
Remove the 2 bolts along the front edge of the rear seat bottom. Remove the bottom cushion. Remove the 2 bolts securing the rear seat back. Remove the back cushion. Pry up on the rear deck board/carpeting. It is secured using only hook-and-loop fasteners (Velcro). Once removed you will see the rear speakers. Replace those stock ones with some really good 6x9s, so you won't need to do this again anytime soon! ;-)
You will need a socket set and a torx bit. the torx goes throught the seat belt brackets. there is two. one on each side. it is fairly simple to do.

How can you tell if the fans work on a 1997 Dodge Intrepid 3.5L?
open the hood, start and let engine idle...watch gauge..make sure car doesn't overheat .... and listen for fans...they should come on for a while then shut off....also, with the A/C switched on, they should come on as well.. also... ...everyone should have a manual for their vehicle(parts store or dealer), and a local library should have professional shop manuals available in the REFERENCE section for free...make copies of the appropriate sections...read up and good luck :)
Where is the EGR valve located on a 1993 Chevy Beretta?
Go to autozone.com and click repair info on the left side of the page. Put in the details for your car, then over on the left click "Vehicle Repair Guides." Find the section you're looking for and it'll show you in there. On my 4 cylinder (the 2.2,) it was a gold round shaped thing in the center of the top part of the engine.

How do you change a heater core in a 93 beretta?
Ok in a 93 Beretta the heater core is located behind your stero, best thing to do is to take the entire dash apart unless you like to work in small places. Take the black cover off take the old heater core out and then put the new one is make sure all the clamps are good and tight. A word of advice DONT BUT OREILLY AUTO PARTS! I bout a heater core from them a 1 1/2 ago and it went out on me already again.
How do you get the serpentine belt back on a 92 Chevy Beretta 22?
With the hood open, there should be a sticker with a small diagram of the serpentine belt routing. It maybe located either on the underside front of the hood or somewhere directly between the headlights. You will need to move the belt tensioner to fully wrap the belt around the last pully. In some cases a ratchet can be used; if there is no room you may have to buy the special tool they make to reach in and lift up on the tensioner.
You got water leaking in your oil on 1993 Chevy beretta 2point3L quad 4 Head gasket or Water Pump?
More than likely a head gasket.
You have to take a 15m wrench on the pully tensioner. This is located on top in the center, passenger side, top, on the 2.2. Then pull the serpentine belt over the alternator pulleys. Make sure your sticker is still there for the correct position of the new belt or you will never get the new one on correctly.
Not on a 95 beretta at least.....first there is no sticker on this model of vehicle that shows the serpentine belt diagram.second that's not at all how you do it. yes its hard maybe impossible to get to. but heres what you do.you will need a 1 ton min. jack which u will use to jack up ur engine and hold it in place. then u need to remove the engine mount on the left side of the engine which blocks the way for u to put on the belt making sure to keep it held up with the jack. then ull have to mess with the tensioner pulley to get the belt on ( which the diagram just so u know looks like an hourglass shape if u have AC and a 3.1 (3100) v6 ). then u mount ur engine again and let the jack down.... good luck a shop just quoted me at 100 dollars to do it for me... u better believe im going to do it myself.
also if u are having problems getting the belt onto the lower pulleys it is possible to jack up your front right tire, remove it and theres a cover in there that's held on by a few bolts that once removed will allow u access to the lower engine thru there. note there is not a way to go from underneath.
i hope this helps i will try to update this post after i actually do the repair but i know that the internet offered me very little information and i had to do my own research on this matter.GOOD LUCK!
btw sometimes u can flick the starter and it will thread a partially set belt for you...CHECK UR DIAGRAM! ------- |O O| \ / OxO / \ tensioner pulley>|O O| -------
it looks kinda like that... im not an ascii artist but the point is that its hourglass config (if u have AC and 3100 V6)the belt does not cross at the X but the point is that the belt goes thru like that.
now go fix ur cars! berettas are a new classic. they don't make em anymore, theyre fast, and their gonna be rare.
try removing the spark plugs then crank over>>> be ready for a ton of gas to spit out please ground all spark plug wires solidy ie; no sparks; first!!!!
Why would antifreeze be pouring out of the exhaust on a 95 Chevy Beretta?
Blown head gasket or a cracked head. Do not drive this car. Serious engine damage will occur.
