I personally remove my share of motor and transmissions in my time... I used a 3-foot extension from the bottom of the vehicle with the correct socket and ratchet you should be able to remove all the bell-housing bolts. With the proper floor clearance of course...

EDIT: This is a very vague question. Did you recently get exhaust work done? if not, you should first check to see if there are any lights on the dashboard that have recently come on. If not, check your spark plugs for wear. Any unburned fuel exiting the engine will pool in your catalytic converter and cause a chemical reaction to the platinum catalyst, which in turn will cause it to become VERY HOT. (when I say very hot, i mean White HOT.)
so, to follow up. Exhaust work will leave a burning smell from gasket sealer as it heats up for a couple of weeks following. If there are lights on the dashboard, it means that one of the O2 sensors has malfunctioned and you are not getting a correct mixture of oxygen and fuel in the engine for combustion. If there are no lights on and your spark plugs are worn and burned, it means that escaping unburned fuel on the exhaust stroke of the engine is causing the catalytic converter to become overheated. Other than that. I will need more information. Hope this helps.

You can order a chilton's manaul for your car you just have to tell them what year, make, and model. they will probally ask you alot of Q's about your car but I'm sure you'll be able to get one it just will cost a little bit of money.
The owner's manual has a complete fuse diagram at the very back. Far easier to read than the Chilton's manual. Fuses in a 1991 Camry are in two locations, (a) under the hood on the driver's side by the battery and (b) behind a plastic/carpet panel by the driver's left foot. Sorry but I don't have the facilities to upload a copy of the exact layout. If there is a specific question?
Chiltons manuals many times tell you to refer to the owners manual since the Chilton manual covers many years and models. If you buy a used car many times you dont have an owners manual with it. If it is an older car you can't even get an owners manual from the dealer. So going back to his original question where the heck can you find a fuse diagram on line????????

It is an easy fix even for 1st timers. The biggest thing is the surfaces on the head and the valve cover must be clean. Be very careful when removing the covers they may be stuck and require a little jarring to loosen, but do not bend them. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. make sure all particles of old gasket are out of the head. When replacing the covers I use very little if any gasket sealer. I like to tighten the bolts just holding an extention and socket in my fingers. Then alernate top front, bottom back...... but not tight. I hold the rachet head, not the handle in the palm of my hand. I just did the valve covers on my 305 1889 chev, the correct torque settings or so i was told is hand tighten then torque to 40lbs if this is due to a leak i also would check the valve covers as well good luck

I have read that a bad PCV Valve will contribute to gunking up your Throttle Body, which could lead to irregular acceleration issues. I am certain that there is more to a bad PCV Valve than that, as this is an Emission Control item, but hopefully someone who knows more will chime in.

I spent hours looking for this layout this morning as I was unsure of some of the pictures on the back of the fuse box cover. I had no luck. I own a 1998 Ford Escort Finesse 1.6. I eventually found my manual and decided there are some things you can't find on the net. I am therefore typing it up for the next person who is looking for it so they can find it on the net.

It is a loose connection under the drivers seat toward the back of the seat. Disconnect it, make sure it is clean and reconnect. That should solve the problem.

Where is Location of cylinder number 6 on 2001 escape?
Looking from the rear(driver side)...#1 is on the right near passenger...#3 is closet,
then #4 is on left driver side...thus #6 is on left side(front of engine, driver side)
