the LACK of LUBE or Graphte on the speed0 cable IF it's not an electric sending unit type. The speedo cable spins inside another cable. Moisture will cause rust after a few years and this will cause the speedo cable to start to drag and release. If you remove the cable from the back of the instrument cluster and squirt in some graphite, this should help with the bouncing.

In order to locate and replace the cylindrical shape flasher module, the four screws holding the fusebox in must be removed. The glove compartment door hinge is sort of in the way so it is best to remove glove compartment screws, though glove compartment door will still stay on. the cylindrical shape flasher module is located behind fusebox and it has to be searched for by feeling for it. In my case I found it by reaching behind fusebox to the left. I was told to first turn on my four way directional signal so that after I disconnected the cylindrical shape flasher module I knew for sure that I was not disconnecting the four way cylindrical shape module. Now the cylindrical shape flasher module that I removed was yellow in color and the one I bought to replace the cylindrical shape flasher module was silver in color. Getting the fuse box out took a little tilting and angeling to get out

If by "rear bleeders" you mean the wheel cylinder brake fluid bleeder valve for the brake system look behind the backing plate (that's the part that has the brake shoe's attached to it). Jack you car up & support it with jack stands crawl under the car at the rear end look on top of the rear end housing & you'll see the brake lines that run to the wheel brake cylinders. Usually just above where they attach to the wheel cylinder is the bleed screw. Be warned if the cars that old spray some penetrating oil on them (W-D40) and wait for a little while... I've broke off my share.

Then put your finger over the hole and then turn are have some one to bumb the key alittle at a time until you fill it stop blowing out from under your finger. Then stop turning engine. You will only have to turn it a 1/2 a 1/4 more if even that much and the piston will be at TDC on the compression stroke.
