The EGR valve is the disc looking device on the back of the intake manifold. There are 3 bolts holding the valve in place, two 10mm size bolts on either side and one larger bolt on the input line. As for the O2 sensors I am not certain of their location.

I had the same problem. Either 1 your intake and valves are gummed up with carbon. 2 stopped up fuel injectors. Or 3 the level of octane you're using isn't right. As a car gets older, the octane rating increases. Buy some fuel injector cleaner, and throw in a tankfull of premium. That's what worked for me. Don't let it go untreated any longer. It'll cause problems.
