Why is there no air from my blower?
that recently happened to my almera and it turned out that the pollen filter was blocked i never heard of it b4 but the garage showed it to me and it was nexpensive to fix so try that if you have the cone filter, try going out to napa autoparts or any parts store and purchasing a air filter cleaning kit i think they run 10 dollars and it will give you any instruction on how to clean it out, and keep it clean.

How do you replace the headlight bulb located on a 1998 Honda Civic HX?
Whole headlight or bulb? Bulb, just undo the retaining clip and pull out the bulb. No twist on this bulb, just straight out.
Get a light in to see the retaining clip. It has a tab to one side which you can pull and wiggle to release. It then swings away from the backside of the bulb.
OK - but undoing the wire is a bit challenging sometimes, you have to press hard on the sides of the wire clip by inserting your fingers in between the clip and the rubber seal (note the headlight will feel loose). Headlight, 4 bolts hold it in place, 2 on the top, 1 underside left and 1 underside right. DO NOT TOUCH THE BULB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's important that you run a computer diagnostic test to see what the computer is reporting. When the check engine light comes on it's telling you that the computer has "stored a problem code" meaning that you're supposed to check into what's going on. In general, the computer will know quite a bit about what's wrong, but it can't tell the difference between out of fuel, a blocked filter or a failed fuel pump. On the other hand, it could be a throttle position sensor or an ICM and the computer WOULD know what's wrong or at least point you in the right direction.
Car starts fine but dies after 10 seconds every time?
sounds like an immobilizer fault or the battery in your key is faulty
It is a pet sensor and turns of the interior sensors while your dog is it the car.
You are looking for som one change rhd to lhd?
Usually not worth the effort, it's a fairly demanding conversion. Apart from sentimental reasons, much better to sell the car and buy another one.
Where is the heater blower on mark 3 golf?
In a Mark 3 Golf, the heater blower is typically located under the dashboard on the passenger side of the vehicle. It is housed within the heater box, which can be accessed by removing the lower dashboard panel. If you're experiencing issues with the blower, checking the fuse and the connections can be a good first step before considering replacement.
it is on the pass side on the head or on the thermo stat housing it isn't in the radiator
AnswerOn the drivers side of the block between the #2 & #4 plug. AnswerNo it is not. There is nothing there. Try the radiator. if it has a cooling fan it is usually in the radiator. short across the two wires should make the fan come on.temperature sending unit should be on driver's side head between #1 and #3 or #3 and #5. it is usually hidden well under the exhaust manifold. on an '81 it should be a one wire get up with only a flat top pin hanging out. it is often broke off or the wire melted beyond recognition. quite often though alot of people relocate them to the intake because of the likelyhood of damage. passenger side temp senders were on the corvettes. if there is a temp sender in the radiator (only with the option of electric fan) that would have been the fan trip sending unit. few made with this setup, design was given up quickly and the fan trip was moved to the thermostat housing. but rule of thumb (as long as your engine hasn't been monkeyed around with) Chevy usually sticks the sending unit to dash in the head for 96 and older.
To get this cleared does the 88 prelude 2.0si have a b20a5 or b20a3 and is it dohc or sohc?
The 1988 Prelude Si has the optional B20A5 DOHC EFI engine. The standard B20A3 2.0 L SOHC carburated engine was not used in the Si. So you can tell by the fuel system, which engine you have. The standard engine had Carbs and the Si engine had FI. Can a golf 4 engine fit in a golf 3?
Yes, with a few caveats. The 1.8 20 valve turbo from the mk4 Golf is a very popular choice for engine transplants and will fit all Golfs including mk2 and mk3 models. Various VW/VAG forums have a wealth of information on this subject. SD
How do you remove fuel door on vw golf?
On my 2001 VW Golf TDi, there is a single T20 screw which allows you to take out the fuel door assembly.
1. Take out the screw.
2. Pull gently out on the left side to and then slide it to the left. The hinge is actually behind the right side and this will allow you to get it out easily.

How do you replace the headlight bulb located on a 1995 Toyota Avalon?
you headlight bulbs are attached by some wires so unplug the wires using a flat screw drive and once its out use your common sense and just replace it
Elaborating: on the 2005 avalon, you can see where the bulbs come out of the back side of the plastic headlamp housing. Lowbeams on the outside, high beams on the inside. I replaced the lowbeam like this:
1) Rotated the bulb with wires attached around 30 degrees
2) inserted small screwdriver into the brown electrical connector to free it from the tab on the bulb. Look at the replacement bulb to see where the tab is.
3) pull off the brown connector
4) finish rotating bulb to around 45 degrees. At that point, you can jiggle it around and the bulb just pops out.
5) put in replacement bulb, rotate it back, and reclip the electrical connector.
(DO NOT LOOSEN THE TWO PHILIPS HEAD SCREWS ON THE METAL RING--they do not lock the bulb in in any way)
What does an actuator and pressure switch do?
An actuator is the mechanism by which an agent acts upon an environment. The agent can be either an artificial intelligent agent or any other autonomous being (human, other animal, etc). A mechanism that puts something into automatic action is called an actuator. Some examples of actuators of these various agents include: * Human - Arms, hands, fingers, legs * Part picking robot - Grasping mechanism, moving parts. Examples include solenoids and voice coil actuators. * Mail transfer agent - Update software In engineering, actuators are a subdivision of transducers. They are devices which transform an input signal (mainly an electrical signal) into motion. Electrical motors, pneumatic actuators, hydraulic pistons, relays, comb drive, piezoelectric actuators, thermal bimorphs, Digital Micromirror Devices and electroactive polymers are some examples of such actuators. Motors are mostly used when circular motions are needed, but can also be used for linear applications by transforming circular to linear motion with a bolt and screw transducer. On the other hand, some actuators are intrinsically linear, such as piezoelectric actuators. In virtual instrumentation actuators and sensors are the hardware complements of virtual instruments. Computer programs of virtual instruments use actuators to act upon real world objects. Pressure Switch A pressure switch is an instrument that automatically senses a change in pressure and opens or closes an electrical switching element when a predetermined pressure point is reached

Why wont stereo work in my mk2 golf?
Assuming the stereo worked previously, check the fuse on the main panel (fuse number varies with vehicle model). If the panel fuse is okay then check any inline fuses in the stereo wiring loom or on the the stereo itself. - SD
How do you replace the headlight bulb located on a 2005 Suzuki Forenza?
The whole headlight assembly needs to come out. It is not difficult. First of all you need to remove the two bolts holding the headlight assembly to the body frame. They are easy to see. Then there is one other little bolt not so easy to see, that needs to be loosened. If you are standing in front of the drivers side lamp it will be inside to the left. Passenger side, inside to the right. It has a long bolt holding the lamp assembly to the body and sometimes you can loosen it by hand but if it is too tight you will need to use a socket but remember it has a very long bolt that you need to consider. If you cant see it use a flashlight. You may need to remove the battery for easyer reach. This bolt has to come loose for you to be able to take out the entire lamp assembly. You cannot change the bulb with the assembly still on the body.Once these three bolts are loose, go ahead and
Remove the headlamp cover found at the rear of the headlight assembly. There is a separate cover for each headlight bulb. It is a large cover about 2 1/2" diameter and unlocks by rotating it counterclockwise. Inside the assembly is the bulb connector, pull it out and see a retaining wire clip. It will unlatch easily using your fingers and hinge out of the way. The H7 bulb will now be free and can be removed from the assembly. Take notice of the orientation of the notch at the base of the H7 bulb and install the H7 replacement in the same orientation. Be sure to check the headlight aim to be sure it is correct!
Replace the connector and headlight assembly the same way it came out.
Note: there is a very nice You Tube instructional for this exact process called

Is it possible to read engine codes in a 95 Bonneville with no scan tool?
Uh, not necessarily......
My 1995 SSE is a transition car. The government wasn't sure what OBD2 would be, so they pre-released OBD2 to see how the car builders would react. GM reacted by hastily building cars with this version of OBD2. Shortly thereafter, the government released the ACTUAL OBD2 standard. They may CALL your car OBD2, but it may be a TRANSISION OBD2.
The result? If you have an OBD1 car, you can get the error codes from the check engine light.
If you have an OBD2 car, you must use a scan tool to retrieve and reset the codes. BUT, if you have a transition car like mine, you are neither OBD1 NOR OBD2. You have one of the infamous transition cars. They have an OBD2 plug (computer) connector, but an OBD2 scan tool will not read them! What you must make sure of when you buy a scan tool is that it will read transition cars. Some of these tools require a special adapter or cable to read transition cars.
I hope you are not one of the transition people. If you're not, then your 95 is an OBD2 and any OBD2 reader will get the job done.
Good luck.
