How do you get to the window motor on a 1991 Acura Integra?
Actually I need to know how to access the motor, after the door panel is off there is still a sheet of metal covering access. Your best bet is a local dealer Honda / Acura or local part store for a remanufactured version of the motor. There is a couple bolts holding the window motor in the bolt directily into the sheet metal covering it. You can remove these then either just remove the motor itself(which i dont recomend unless you have a new one because there are alot of small parts such as springs) or disconect the pully system which runs through the motor for running you windows up and down.

The rear windows on the Generation 3 Ford Taurus's (1996-1999) are not able to roll down completely because of the door design. The window cannot fit into the lower door cavity. Contrary to popular belief, there is no Federal regulation or reason behind this other than the door shape and design.

Mercedes 190e power windows repair?
Mine were easily repaired by replacing the switches in the console. I bought on-line and installed them. The only problem I had was simply nothing would work when pushing the switch. If your window is attempting to go up or down that is a different problem. ...The regulators (lifting mechanisms) are surprisingly different from door to door. I had a bad motor in the rear left that had seized up (you could hear it click when it attempted to turn). This was remedied by completely disassembling it, filing and brushing some rusty parts, greasing liberally, and re-assembling.... I also had stripped gears on the drivers window. Cheapest regulator I could find was out of my league , so I added a bead of metal with a MIG welder and filed/ dremeled out some new teeth. It has been working great for about six months.

There is a recall for many VW windows and even if the car is out of warranty, you may get it fixed. See this link: http://www.theautochannel.com/news/2002/11/05/150082.html
Ask your local dealer and you probably will get it done free. They replace a bracket that holds the window in place.
AnswerStart by taking the door panel off by undoing the screws on the bottom. Next pop the cover off of the door handle and remove the screw inside there. The rest of the door should pop off and slide upwards. Once the door panel is off there are 10mm bolts to take out that hold a metal panel onto the door. Take this panel off and then you can adjust the window.

Why passenger power window won't work?
If it won't work from either switch suspect motor or regulator, if it works from one switch then it is most likely the switch.
For the odometer/tachometer question the answer is in a solder that has come apart. I had the same problem. You have to take the instrument panel out to get at the control board in behind. There are two large blue resistors that surround a soldered connection. I had to solder this on both sides of the board. On the third try I had to disconnect one of the blue resistors to get at the connection. Third time was a charm as the tachometer and odometer have worked since.

Replacing a power window switch?
Take the door panel off. The old switch or switch cluster should pop out of the panel when you release it from the tabs. The new switch which you ordered will plug into the window switch wiring harness. This will only plug one way; therefore, you can't go wrong. Pop the switch or switch cluster back into the door panel; attach the door panel back to the door frame.

2002 Honda crv rt front power window will not go up motor runs only?
If the motor responds to the switch and runs, it is obviously getting power. It sounds like it might be a mechanical problem - as if the lift mechanism has become detached from the lift motor. You will probably have to remove the door's interior hardware and door panel to get at the inside of the door. It is a fairly simple process (just make sure you keep track of what screw and bolt goes where) but it's tedious. Unless you're mechanically inclined I would just bite the bullet and take it to a shop.
The price varies with what part of the coumtry you live in. Call a couple of garages and trim shops and get estimates.
