To repair a seat heater on a 2004 Buick LeSabre, disconnect the connector and check for voltage. If there is no voltage, replace the switch. If there is voltage, check for an open circuit.

There isn't one. We spent a couple of hours installing the trailer harness connector to our 1995 continental with Scotch-Loc(R) connectors.

The windshield wiper switch is broken which is located on the windshield wiper motor. You need to replace the whole motor to fix this.

Big socket (32 mm, I think), Breaker Bar, Torque wrench (200 Ft-Lb), 13 and 15 mm sockets, Hand sledge, drift, and a lot of patience.

ONLY use Timken or AC Delco replacement bearings, or you'll be doing it again.


I had one stuck in the control arm that took a couple hours of hammering to get it out. Once out, it's relatively easy to install the new one.

owners manual states that The rear fuse block under rear seat -position # 5 controls Mem Seat Module, Drivers Seat Switch, Drivers Lumbar SW Gently pull up on front of rear seat cushion to release front hooks and lift up and out forward. Be careful not to damage fuse center

Sorry for not being specific, but it's mostly short Phillips screws and plastic push pins that hold it on. I found from personal experience that the plastic push pins break and bend easily. Trashing these plastic pieces can cause problems like the plastic wheel well cover coming off while driving.

The only answer i can come up with is to replace with a non American car.

Before you go broke trying keep that pile of junk on the road. iv'e spent mega bucks on mine getting in deeper by the day.

You've got a short somewhere. Check closely at all wires for cracks/breaks where they could be touching metal.

on the driver side knee panel along the bottom

never mind, I found it. It is located on the left side of the engine, behind the left middle header. you need to remove the air intake to get to it.

You can do it if you remove the heat shield it works.

Remove door panel, then three bolts on mirror inside the speaker housing area.

first take the caliper off, then you should just be able to pound it off. do not worry about damaging it- it is cheaper and more economical to buy new ones then have the old turned. It is probably rusted on because of the age of the vehicle. Newer hondas sometimes have rotars that are on a different way, and to turn them the leave them on the car when they do it. Then there is probably a nut, possibly a castle nut that will have to come off first before the rotar will- nut by the wheel bearing or more then one around the wheel bearing.

Defective in tank sending unit or the float has a hole in it and it's full of gas and stays at the bottom of the tank sending a false reading. Usually it's the latter issue. Floats cost about $8.00 at Napa.

It could also be the fuel pump wiring harness is corroded. It is under the car (exposed to the elements), just behind the driver's seat. My gas gauge has been flaky for a couple of years. Now the fuel pump cuts out occasionally and I have to reach under and wiggle the harness to be able to start the car.

It means that the voltage is going up as the alternator spins faster.

4 posibilities;

1 Your battery is dying and the alternator is working harder to charge it when you accelerate. The lights are comming up to full brightness.

2 You have a bad connection at the battery terminals or frame ground and the battery can't hold the voltage down. The lights are receiving too much voltage and are more likely to fail.

3 The voltage regulator on the alternator is failing and overcharging the battery. The lights are receiving too much voltage and are more likely to fail.

4 The battery needs water. The lights are receiving too much voltage and are more likely to fail.

R134a

Sensor to the ecu is on the drivers side close to the front on the engine block right below the valve cover. The sender/switch to the gauge is on the diver side. On the valve cover close to the fire wall... Same location that the bolts holding on the valve cover r in.

When ball bearings are shot you should be able to grab the outer race or track or anything attacked to it and you will be able to twist it in relation to the inner race or track. If the bearing is perfect there will be no gimbal movement to it and it will only rotate.

In order to replace the drivers side mirror on a Buick Rendezvous, you will need to remove the door panel. You will have to disconnect the electrical connector and you will be able to remove the mirror and place the new one on.

The orange wire must be grounded

It is located on the driver's side, back of the radiator a few inches up from the bottom. I had to feel for it. It is hard to visualize. My husband removed the plastic undercarriage which helped. It feels like a butterfly shaped nut. Hope this helps. I know it would have helped me to know... It took me an hour to find it in 105 degree weather. It was not fun. Best wishes!

look under the throttle body on the front of the engine there s a sensor with 3 wires going to it that is the engine coolant temperature sensor

Look in the fuse panel located on passenger side of the center console.
