it may be your computer however i would take it to a shop and have them look at it becasue with new parts like that the only things left are computer mass air flow and fuel regulator I would pull the injectors and see if they are clean.

I would say you got a sensor wet when you washed your engine, that is why the engine light is on. The car's computer is picking up a problem in the system. Also you could have made the drive belt slip by getting it wet too. When washing an engine you need to remember to cover up things in the engine before washing it or keep the water away from those places. Like the distributor cap, alternator and the air filter. Should have the car coded and it will explain the engine light.

Check Engine Light on Ford Windstar may show more different problems than bad exhousting fumes for which reason I believe you replaced the oxigen sensors. Anyway, it often resets (turns off) after the problem was resolved by disconnecting the battery and wait 1 minute to discharge all the circuits. Then reconnect the battery and see if it helped. It did help me when I got it on after using low quality gas (with lots of sulphur) It was supposed to turn off after a few cycles using a better quality fuel but it didn't until I disconnected the battery. (DO NOT START THE CAR) It should display the codes using the odometer digital display. Have a paper and pencil handy incase there are multiple codes.
