Typically the power windows are protected along with the power sunroof if so equipped with a 30 amp circuit breaker. This would be located in the main fuse box on the passenger side of the dash, found by opening the passenger door and looking at the side of the dashboard. These circuit breakers don't tend to fail like a fuse does but its an inexpensive thing to try and just plugs in like a fuse. If that fails and all windows are inoperative you will need to start trouble shooting the wiring which is an almost impossible task unless you have a circuit tester and a wiring diagram for your specific make, model and year. They changed the wiring a lot over the years so there's no specific answer without more specific information about your jeep.
Your best bet may be to take this to a shop that is known for being good with electrical issues and just biting the bullet on cost.

Remove your door panel, locate whatever track/feet the window came out of, using urethane glue/sealant for auto glass, reaffix window into said track/feet after thoroughly cleaning all parts of old adhesive. Be sure to carefully operate the window to check position before it sets. Leave the window closed - don't operate it - for several days to set thoroughly. If you are not fairly confident of your ability to position the glass correctly in the track/feet, you will do well to take it to a professional.
Safelite ...offers to fix it for $125 plus tax here in Wisconsin. Trying one more time to fix it myself but so far not working. Maybe the cleaning part is the issue. If not..i'm taking mine to Safelite. Good luck

Replace the switch right below the window lever. that's the part that raises & lowers it. Most Auto Parts store sell the switches & they are cheap. On the window control cover look for a screw to take it off. If there's no screw, just use a screwdriver or other tool to pry it up. It usually pops up easily.
