Remove the plastic casing that raps around the steering column just behind the steering wheel. 3 Phillips screws i believe. Then 2 screws on the drivers side of the steering column pulls off the switch. Pretty easy actually.

That's the enduring 'sticky plates' problem in the clutch basket. The clutch plates sit in oil and as the oil gets older it can break down leaving sticky deposits. More commonly the plates wear to a polished finish which causes then to stick together. Practice this: Engine running, clutch in, put the stationary bike in second. Brakes ON, find the clutch bite point and short rev (blip) the engine against the bite. As the revs drop, quickly pull the clutch right in and half press the gear lever. That will be neutral then!

Perhaps bad bulbs or bad switch

Actually the most common cause of low beam failure on Chevy Trailblazer, GMC Envoy and Buick Ranier is the micro relay located under the hood. It is part number 15016745 and has four prongs. To test if your relay has gone bad locate the relay in your fuse box. There will be two such relays located next to each other. One controls the low beam headlights and the other the cooling fan. Swap the relays and check your low beam headlights. If the low beams work you have a bad relay. Sometimes when the relay goes bad a bulb will burn out as well so if need be check your bulbs. Make sure to swap the relays back so that the cooling fan is not inoperative. Purchase a new relay either online, eBay, auto parts store or dealer. Best deals are usually found online but fastest is the dealer if they have them in stock. Dealer prices aren't cheap, expect to pay $40 to $50, but if you can't wait to have the relay shipped to you it is sometimes your only option. I actually found mine on eBay for $20.

No, the amount of fuel in the tank has almost no effect on fuel mileage. If anything the more fuel you are carrying around the more weight you are carrying around which will actually lower fuel mileage. Gasoline weighs about 8 pounds per gallon. But that little bit of extra weight is really meaningless. As to evaporation it is not a factor as the fuel system is sealed and any evaporation is miniscule. It is beneficial to fill your tank once it gets to 1/4 full. There are two reasons for this. Air contains moisture the more air in the fuel tank the more moisture in the fuel tank. Secondly the fuel pump uses the fuel to help cool itself. The less fuel the more chance the fuel pump will overheat which will shorten it's life.

Check selector switch and wiring take it to the shop and find out its probably old.

well apparently a 4.3 litre is a 5.7 with two less cylinders. You should have your system serviced. It sounds like your compressor is bad. Mine was doing the same thing and I found out it was a burnt up compressor.

This indicator is telling you that the antifreeze level in your engine compartment overflow container is low. Under the hood, look on the left side (from the front) for the container. On the outside is marked the ideal level. If the level is very low, something is leaking in your coolant system and should be checked. If it's just a little low, go ahead and put a little antifreeze in there. NOTE: Do NOT open this container if the engine is hot. That sounds like you are describing the hazard warning system control switch. If so the switch is normally activated by pushing it down. That causes the turn signal lights on all four corners of the car to flash. That is a hazard warniong to other cars that you would activate when your car is moving much slower than normal trafic or is stopped on the shoulder of the road. Normally the system is deactivated by pulling up on the same switch. Water Level

The flasher is a round can plugged into the fuse block. The fuse block is on the bottom of the dash to the right of the steering column. Just pull the old flasher out and plug the new flasher in.

turn your ignition switch on but do not start and pump the gas pedal hard 3 times turn ignition off and start car the warning should be gone. If not do it again and that should make it go away obviously the mechanic did not reset your oil gauge light it is required just wait the 3 months or run the engine the so many miles it needs to be run.
