You"ll need to remove the headlights and it's a very simple job. You'll need a 10mm socket wrench, each headlight has 2 bolts holding it in at the top, and 1 nut at the back, and they then just slide out. You'll have access to all of the bulbs, and you can get to your fog light bulbs as well.

How to replace ignition module?
The ignition control module is mounted to the block of the engine. The coils mount to the ICM. Here's what I had to do on my 92. First remove the radiator fan. Remove the plug wires at the coils...number them if you aren't sure how they go back on. Next remove the starter....There's one bolt on the bottom bracket of the ICM that will be impossible to get to if you don't. I found it much easier to just take off all the wiring for the starter then unbolt it. It makes it much easier to pull the starter forward and down to get it out of the transmission. You'll need a 13mm socket....there's one bolt on the bottom of the bracket that you'll have to take off from under the car. Then two on the top...one on each side. Don't forget to unplug the connectors on the ICM. 2 on the passenger side, one on the driver side. Now you can remove the ICM and coils. Each coil is held on with two small screws. Remove each coil. Install is just the reverse. It sounds like a lot but it's really not that bad.

If you filed for chapter 13 can you purchase a new car?
While in a Chapter 13 debt repayment, the person(s) involved must have the permission of the assigned trustee before making major financial transactions. Failure to do this can result in the dismissal of the filing and/or other penalties.
Not quite true. You can purchase a new car by obtaining a specific car loan agreement which does not seriously affect your chapter 13 plan payments and filing it with the court with a motion to approve the loan. The chapter 13 trustee must also agree to the new car loan. The details vary somewhat from one bankruptcy district to another, so consult a local bankruptcy lawyer.

Can you replace a tire size 20570R15 with tire size 21560R16?
Not with out changing the rims. a 205/70/R15 is 205mm tall 7 inches wide and 15 inches is the rim size. So with tire size 215/60/R16 you would need a different rim. This is not even taking in to account that you might have clearance issues or issues with your speed sensor.
Opposing Opinion.
Yes, you can switch to this size tire/wheel combination. The 16" combo will be .14" smaller in diameter and .39" wider. You speedometer will be .3 mph too fast. This swap will work with no clearance issues at all.
allowing that you can 100% hook up with either converter and that the smaller converter will create a higher stall speed:
These are general rules for all drag cars, do you have enough power to over come the top end losses with additional launch?
Only you can test this.
If your speedometer works but the odometer does not what would be the problem?
Not sure what year you have? Is it digital, or analog (needles and numbers on plastic rolls) If it is the needle version, you may have a cable the runs up the back of the speedo cluster from the transmission. My 84 cougar had this. (I had disconnected it once, I forgot why) But anyways, it may be broken, or just loose. To tell if it just loose, or fallen off, you should be able to reach up behind from underneath down by the pedals. If I remember right, cuz its been a long time since I had it, there is a black plastic cover, which you can remove to get up there. You will need to lie on your back kinda to reach up. If it has come loose or off, it just threads on like the cable to from your wall to your tv. If its on, it may be broke. The speedo cable is connected to the transmission. It will have another bendable cable inside which spins while you drive, if it does, it could be broke on the inside of the cluster. If that is the case, goto a junk yard and pull one out of another car. If its electronic, and displays a error message, you are hosed. You need to locate another cluster. Junk yard is cheapest bet.
If it is electronic (not Digital) then youi have to replace the Odometer assy inside the instrument cluster. Go to http://www.dashusa.com/ford_trucks.htm and they can send one with your current milage on it for trade. The one for my 1994 cost $225.00 trade-in and that's installing it yourself. Ignore that it says Ford Truck as these folks handle all cars and trucks.

Where is the trans axle fill on a 1990 Toyota Camry?
Look on the side of the transaxle for a plug, if this is a manual transmission. If it is an automatic, the fluid is added through the tube the dipstick is in. A manual transmission takes a heavy gear oil, usually about a 90 weight viscosity, and should only be filled until the oil begins to flow out of the hole. Check the level by inserting your finger into the hole. If it is right below the level of the hole, it does not need more oil. If this vehicle has several hundred thousand miles on it, it might be wise to drain the transaxle and fill it with new oil. If it is an automatic with more than 100,000 miles, flushing the transaxle is a good idea.
What causes wet front floors mainly on the driver's side of a 1996 Pontiac Grand Am?
About 90% of the time, I've traced this problem to a leaking windshield. I've also traced it to a leaking door seals. Best way to find out would be get out the garden hose and gently have water run down the windshield and the driver side door from the roof area while having someone watch inside with a flashlight. After a few minutes, the source should become apparant. Hope you find your problem.
