switch, blower, wiring between.Could be that the resistor is not locked into place all the way after you put it in....you really have to cram the aftermarket ones into place and make sure they are snapped in. (have fun getting back at it...they are in the worst place ever)if it only works on 5, it is definitly the resistor. So, put a third one in. Theres probly a water leak into the heater box that's getting onto the resistor, shorting it out

Have the jeep towed to your dealer! The jeep has a computer in it that moniters all of the individual computers for all your power options, a no bus signal means that nothing is talking to each other. The bus is the network for all the computers. This is something that the dealer can fix in a lot less time than anyone by them selfs. It may cost more than you want but if you keep working on it without knowing whats going on you will do more damage than good and it will cost way more than you want to pay. So have it towed in and tell them what you know. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There's two possible reasons why this is happening.......the most likely is the Crank Position Sensor and it's located at the back part of the top lip of the transmission. It relays the timing on the top of the flywheel to the computer. I replaced mine myself, but it is a HUGE PAIN TO GET TO.....so it's best to take it to someone to have it done. If you have time to wait for it, you can get the CPS from Quadratech for about $29. The other reason and is VERY UNLIKELY, is the mapping sensor in your dash, behind your guages... Dealerships will probably know both of these, but will charge you an arm, leg and first born to replace it. Hope this helps.....

See if you are getting voltage at the relay when you turn the AC on. Check your wiring and connectors before replacing PCM, I doubt that is your problem.

Timing is probably off. Set number 1 piston at TDC and check the timing marks. If applicable, also remove cap from distributer and check position of rotor, it may need adjusting for correct timing.

there is a special tool that can be purchased at any auto parts store made specifically for compressing brake caliper pistons. I personally use a 4 inch c-clamp. works every time.

The cylinder head has to be removed and the head gasket replaced. This is not an easy job for the do it your selfer. There are several special tools required and when the engine is apart, there are several areas that have to be checked for exact tolerances and torque settings, otherwise the new head gasket will blow. I would suggest you have a mechanic do the work.

Look to see if the ignition plug to your starter did not come loose or un plugged. Since this is on the same side, possible disconnect of the starter ignition wire became disconnected

I don't have the Formula AT, just a 1987 Firebird with 305. The relay is located on firewall drivers side. There are 2 that look similiar. It might be the sending unit for the fan that's near the thermostat housing on the side.

check ur distibutor cap and rotor bug pull a spark plug see if its getting fire then make sure ur getting fuel to the carb

Reading your question, I get a vision of someone trying to install a home audio CD player in a car :-) The radio opening in a 93 lumina is large...very large. Large enough I'd think for any after-market automotive radio with built-in cd. I believe you can buy a "kit" with any after-market audio system that fills in the "gaps" (which there probably will be) An AM/FM with CD was available for that car. Check scrap yards and ask for one from a 90-94 Lumina. I believe they are considered "double-DIN" sized, but don't quote me on that.

where is the headlight relay in a 1995 grand am

I just paid $162.00. Not sure if this was a good deal or not, but I was informed it was very reasonable by an outside source.

It should be the same as my 92. Under front of the car coming from compersor is a large line. On that line (low side line) is the low presure fitting,this where you put R134 or R12,which ever one you allready have in the car.If not allready R134 I would convert it.R134 is alot cheaper.

there are two push spring type buttons at the corner of each seats, push them down an pull the seat forward. the seats are 40/60 fold down. so one button folds only one part of the seat. If you are talking about the Sedan then the seats don't come down but can be removed. Look in the trunk for hexes.

I would check your tires they could be out of balance. or a tire could be bad .
